I get home from work at 7 am to the AC not working and it’s already 76 degrees in the house. I call my home warranty, which is an absolute joke, don’t use HWA. The earliest they could get someone out to our house was next week. My wife is 8 months pregnant so obviously that wasn’t going to work.

I do a basic Google search and find only one company with all 5 star reviews, not a single bad one. I read all of the reviews, a good amount, and decide to call. I talk to Jon, super nice guy. I explain my situation, he says he can be out to look at it today. I’m like sweet, but how much is that gonna cost for same day arrival? $49 for a service call. Unbeatable price.

Jon showed up earlier than he planned on, but gave plenty of notice. He didn’t try to sell me on anything, explained how everything worked and why certain things may or may not be working. The problem ended up being a blown capacitor. He replaced the part in 5 minutes. He then proceeds to go the extra mile and cleaned the coils on the unit also at no charge.

My total price was barely over what my service call for my home warranty would have been, and that’s hoping they covered it. I will be using Jon’s services for everything in the future and will be skipping the home warranty. 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

John was fantastic. He came in the middle of the night, after other service calls... no after hour or weekend charges. We called other AC companies and they said it would be one to two weeks... John was so polite, always put on paper slippers each time he went in-out. Cleaned up every area he was in... installed our nest thermostat and turn all our ceiling fans to summer... for free. I would recommend him to anyone. Priced well below the big AC companies

Jackson heating and cooling services was a life saver. My air conditioner went out at almost 10pm. Jon came over and stayed until 2AM trying to fix the unit temporarily until he could get a new one in. He called me at 730am the following morning and we ordered a new system He came back out at 1pm and installed the new air conditioner and heater. He was here until 10pm making sure the installation was perfect Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. We will always use him in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling services.

Jon was timely in providing services coming after hours to accommodate at no extra costs. Jon took his time to make a proper diagnosis which resulted in a very affordable fix after several other companies quoted me prices that were 10x as high for a full replacement that ended up being not necessary. Jon was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I would definitely recommend and will be using him from now on for all HVAC needs.

We called late on a very hot (90's and humid) Friday evening around the 5-6 o'clock hour and they were able to arrive within the next hour. Got us up and running quickly with a temporary part (additional cost) due to no stores being open, and then promptly returned the following day to replace the temporary part with a brand new model that included a 1 year warranty. With a 4 month old baby and no A/C, we were very grateful of the time taken to travel and get the parts needed to get us running again for the evening. We will definitely be using this company for service in the future! 5 stars!!!

Additionally, the man that serviced our unit was willing to go above and beyond. I remember him asking about shutting off lights when he was finished inside, and also asked if I would like my outdoor unit rinsed off. He was also willing to hook up his gauges and test the level of freon in the system.

He came out to fix a blower motor fan in our furnace last fall. Price was good with quality work. Very informative about our
system. Started AC for the first time this summer and thought that ac fan went bad(fan in ac was not running). He come out and confirmed. We decided to replace the whole sytem because it was very old. He was very reasonable priced, honest, and friendly.
