Jacob called ahead with an eta, he diagnosed, cleaned and checked our cooling system, it needed to have R22 added. After completing he verified system performance. What a difference. Thank you Snyder's.

This group is always available and prompt with appointments. I have used both A/C Services and Plumbing Services for years and continue to be happy with my decision to use this company. They are easy to communicate with when needing to assess the situation and make a decision. I feel I have a good working relationship with this crew and that is always important. They are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Adrian has been working on a project lately that has required a lot of communication. He excels at that and has kept me updated on the progress of parts etc. He does good work and I am confident in his work.

Adrian was able to come earlier than expected which worked great for my schedule. He got the pilot light lit quickly and walked me through the process of how to do it in the future. I appreciated him explaining a couple of different pipes to make, what repairs will be needed in the future along with making sure the pilot light stayed lit and the water was getting hot. I would highly recommend Adrian and Snyder’s.

Called with a small gas leak in the kitchen. Snyder’s was able to get us an appointment quickly. Adrian showed up, found the issue and fixed it. Great customer service. We’ve used Snyder’s before for other work and they’ve always been very friendly and professional. Will continue to call when I need help and definitely recommend.

We bought a $16,000 geothermal heating and air conditioning system from Snyder"s with a 10 year parts and service warranty in March of 2020. The system has never worked right. After numerous service calls and the system not heating at all. we were told that Snyder's would no longer be our service provider. We still had 7 years and 3 months left on on service warranty. We asked what we were supposed to do for heat in the middle of December and sub zero temperatures forecast within days. Their response was "Go stay at an air B&B."

This morning our AC wasn't cooling the house. It was 99 outside and up to 85 in our house when Jacob called. He noticed we were on his schedule for tomorrow (first available), but due to a cancellation he had an opening. Within 20 minutes he had replaced the broken part, cool air was blowing, and I had already paid the invoice on my phone. We've used Snyder's for plumbing, water heater, and even heating on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend their service.
