Adrian was very professional and courteous. Replacing the outside hydrant was completed quickly and cleanly.
Fully explained estimated cost before arriving, what he was going to do to fix it and showed me where the pipe burst after replacing.
If everyone at Synder’s is like Adrian they have a great team and have earned repeat business from me.
People make all the difference and Adrian is great.
Highly recommend.

We were told by our builder that Snyder's was the go to for plumbing issues and they were right. Somehow, one of our outdoor faucets froze over the past month. When it was turned on, water immediately came out from behind the siding, ughh. We called Snyder's and were scheduled in only a couple days. Adrian called to let us know he was on his way and was on time. He assessed the problem and fixed the issue very quickly. Adrian was so professional and did an amazing job for what could have been a huge disaster in the near future. We will definitely use Snyder's again if necessary in the future!!! Thanks Adrian!!!

Snyder's is awesome about their prompt scheduling for a service call. Jake is very thoughtful and thorough with explaining your problem and repairs. We, and other family members, highly recommend Jake for all your HVAC needs!!

Jake is AMAZING!!! My AC went out on Monday night and I called at 9:00pm. He said he was in the neighborhood just over from mine and asked if he could come when he finished up there. He was at my house at 9:20pm!!! Who does that?!!! Jake does!!! This was also on one of the hottest days of the year. When he came I told him I had 16 family members coming in for a graduation in 2 days. He told me he needed to order a part and would have to come back. He had that up and running before family arrived 2 days later. I cannot say enough great things about this guy or this company! As long as they're in business I will never use anyone else! Thank you so much!!! Jake is a total professional who goes the extra mile. This guy deserves a raise!!!

Snyder's is our absolute go to for heating and plumbing. We've used them for more than a decade.

We needed to have a gas line added in our kitchen. Adrian came out on time and is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will never call any other service provider again at Snyders they care about people and take pride in their work.

Adrian Cuevas is the BEST. Exactly one year ago (May 2022) he installed a new water heater. It was great and works terrifically. Today (13 May 2022) he replaced an outdoor faucet that had been badly leaking in just 15 minutes..... outstanding. We go with Snyder's with our plumbing and HVAC needs..... We have had Snyder's perform work on plumbing, repair AC, install furnace and AC over the years. Work is top quality and they are prompt and communicate well. We just had a new HVAC in an older house and the technician helped us "limp by" with our old AC while we waited a week or so before they could install a new one. I recommend!

Received a few recommendations to use Snyder's for my plumbing issue. I had a singing pipe when any water was turned on. A high pitched whining sound. I called yesterday and a supremely nice dispatcher set up my appt for today. Adrian showed up this morning earlier than the appointed time which was wonderful. He was very polite, explained everything well and got the issue fixed in record time and for less than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend Snyder's to everyone I know that needs a plumber.

Overall a good experience. We had them install a whole home water softener and filter system rated for 4-6 bathrooms. They were short staffed and took a few visits to complete the job, but I think that the end result was quite good. They are a smaller company and had some communication issues in the back office that leaked through, hence the 4 star review.
