I had Epic come and check our system to compare what another company gave us a quote for. They assured me our system is running fine, and the quote given to us was not necessary. Saved us thousands of dollars. I would trust them with all our needs going forward.

Epic Heating & Cooling helped select the all the components for our new HVAC system for our commercial space. Installation stayed on schedule and the team was very clean in their work. We have had our system for one year and the AC keeps the space cool in the summer and the heat keeps us warm in the winter. Highly recommend Mike and his team!!

Called Mike at 4:45pm on a Fri and he was able to come over Sat am to check out my AC unit that had stopped working. An hour later the blower motor was replaced for I believe a fair price! He was prompt with communication and worked around my schedule. Very happy with the service and with Mike as a good guy!!

Just got done working with Mike from Epic Heating and Cooling. 100% agreed with everyone else - they are fantastic! Great prices - HONEST people. I was quoted $1500 by a big HVAC company to replace a furnace blower yet Mike's guys properly diagnosed the issue and did the job for $113 by replacing a small part.

Mike is a true professional, a great problem solver and very responsive to our needs. We thank him for helping us out with our air conditioners in this heat! We will definitely use him again.

We had Tayler come by on two separate occasions and he was awesome! Very friendly, easy to work with, and straight forward with the issue and fixing it! Glad we called Epic after two other companies failed to show up.

Mike provided good service for my original appointment, but unfortunately he is very unresponsive and continually failed to schedule appointments after he committed to do so. My communications were repeatedly ignored, and when he did respond he failed to follow through on more than one occasion. I would not recommend his service for this reason.

I have used them for many of my properties for years, I appreciate their honesty and quality of work, the fairness of their estimates and pricing quotes.. Not like some of the larger companies in town who are price gouging people due to being to large of an operation.

Mike and his team at EPIC are responsive and have always done great work. I have always had excellent service at a fair price. Will continue to use EPIC.
