Highly recommend Aaron's Services for all of your plumbing needs. They saved us bookoos of money on repairs. Scott is super courteous and went above and beyond with helping us out. He is always available and does a great job. Very honest and pleasant company to work with. We couldn't be happier!
It was determined that the house needed to have the main sewer line replaced due to deterioration. The line was old cast iron and was in bad shape. Had several bids for the work to be done and Aaron's was by far the cheapest option by thousands of dollars. The job involved jackhammering the basement floor, cutting up and removing the cast iron pipe, replacing the pipe, and cementing the floor back into place. From start to finish the technicians were very professional, efficient and friendly . They finished the work in 1 1/2 days just as they projected. They tarped the entire basement to minimize the dust from the work. After the job was complete they cleaned the area. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them. Not only from a cost perspective, but from a professionalism
This is an excellent company. They have worked on my house as well as multiple family member's homes. Each was a fantastic experience. I will continue to use them in the future!
They did some fair work and they seem trustworthy as far as "fixing what needs to be fixed". No attempts to upsell a new replacement unit. I had to get the coolant refilled and I was warned that it may leak and have to be refilled again at some point. They replaced a terminal block as well. It worked for a short period of time (1 hour) and the capacitor blew. They did come back out and replace it. They charged less than normal (minus the service visit). Their parts have a premium cost as others had mentioned. I will probably have to replace the AC unit sometime soon, and I will consider them to do the install. Overall it cost me a little less than $900 for terminal replacement, coolant refill, and capacitor.
The technician took care of the immediate problem with our commercial freezer for the estimated amount. Then he gave me the option to have him perform some routine maintenance to clean the unit or have me do it. He could have charged me another $150 for his time, but it was something I could do after some instruction from him so I opted to save the additional money and do it myself. He wasn't there to maximize their profits. Great service!
They are our hero's. I couldn't find the leak anywhere. I gave in and called Aarons and they where very polite and honest. Scott Found the leak within ten minutes of arrival. Charged cheapest service call I could find and were reasonable on the cost to fix the problem. I highly recommend Aaron's Services
They do not know what they are doing. If they do, they are meaning to rip you off. After agreeing to buy a new ac unit, they told me that the one we agreed would work wouldn't. Then they said the one that would work would be an extra $4000. After that, they had to come back to replace the board that was in it. I had to call them back again, and this time they said it was the thermostat. I spent another $500 on a thermostat. Had to call them back again, and this time they say it is the blower and it will cost $1900. I would stay away from them.
Great company, great service! They replaced both our furnace and AC. Furnace work was all great, they cleaned up well. They will come back out in the spring to make final adjustments on the AC. Tracey was responsive and quick, and even helped us find additional rebates through KCP&L!
