We're very glad we contacted Satterlee. They were able to get a part we needed next day for our Lennox unit. As soon as it arrived in the morning they came to install the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. The service cost was very reasonable. So thankful they were able to fix our AC quickly especially in these summer temps! We highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Didn't use their services. Called them up because my sink was not draining and immediately they asked for my credit card and let me know how much it was going to cost ($95.00) from the moment the technician left for where I lived. I had someone come to my door(unrelated to the plumber) and when I said one minute let me answer my door, she put me on hold or ?? Couldn't get her to answer me afterwards so they lost my business.

I called them once a few years ago for repairs on my home and they no called no showed and I just recently called them about repairs needing done at the hotel I take care of and I was sent to a voice-mail and that was 4 days ago and once again they never called me back to talk to me about the very expensive repair I wanted to give them. Oh well I guess I will never call them again. I have never had a good caring experience with them

My HVAC system quit totally during our near record setting cold. They did a repair on the old system to give us some heat until a new system could be obtained. Three days later they installed the new system amid the cold and snow. They did the complete system install in one day. The old system and all of the junk material was removed so the area was neat and clean. The price for the system was very reasonable and the paperwork for the rebates from the manufacturer and electric company was taken care of. Over all, the job was done very professionally. I highly recommend this company.

I was having clogged pipe issues and Satterlee came and unclogged the pipe and figured out that there were roots in the line. Had to dig up and replace some of the line, but so glad I called Satterlee. They have fixed all my plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't use anyone else! They know their business and do the job right!

This company went above and beyond the call of duty with my heating system. They worked with my insurance, installed our new system (in the bitter cold weather) and put everything back exactly how they found it. Their professional demeanor, quality of doing it right, and completely signing their name to their work means a lot to me and my family. This will be the ONLY place we use and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to ANYONE that needs a place to the job right!

After dealing with an ancient HVAC I called Satterlee and got a a quote and they did the job as stated in a very efficient manner. The installers and office personnel were very polite and personable. I am very pleased that my problems are over and I would recommend them.

They won't even put you on a wait list without having to give them your credit card information. No thank you. I'm not being charged just for you to answer a phone and say maybe sometime you might be able to come out but you can't tell me when and "We'll give you a call when we're on our way." is all the information the person can give you.
