I called Neece Heating & Cooling and they were able to come out the same day I called and fixed my air conditioner. They did not pressure me into replacing the system and explained the problem clearly. They told me the price it would be before they made the repair and it did not change. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. I will be calling them from now on for my furnace and ac repairs.

Travis formulated an affordable solution for our heating needs by installing 2 natural gas wall heaters in our garage. He was on-time, thorough, and very tidy. We love the additional warm space.

TERRIBLE. Neese heating and cooling (Travis) was rude and canceled my appointment when they were going to arrive late. I called them to find out when they were going to arrive, they told me they were going be late... I asked them to hurry because I had another appointment. Travis called me back immediately and told me that I needed to find another HVAC company to do the job. I was left wasting 3 hours (half a day of vacation) on Neese heating and cooling. STAY AWAY.

Travis and his crew are amazing! Pricing is more than fair and they’re extremely knowledgeable. They also answer all questions honestly. We won’t use anyone else!
