Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Dwayne and Travis and the rest of the crew were amazing respectful and polite. Our furnace went out two nights ago they came out that same day to diagnose it realized that it was not repairable and we got a brand new furnace the next day right in the middle of the cold weather. I cannot say enough good about this company they are awesome.

The guys did an amazing job! Everything they did was fast and efficient and the cleanliness of their work was unreal. Very professional and my system runs so amazingly I couldn’t even tel you if it was on other than the curtains moving a little. Will never have any work done by anyone else. Travis and his guys are second to none.

We've had Neece Heating and Cooling out to our house twice, and once to inspect a home we were going to buy. Last summer Travis installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for us, we're very happy. He told us he'd be back in the Winter to install the humidifier at no charge. He lived up to his word - he returned and installed the humidifier at no charge. We had one service call this summer (2015) on the new system and it was fixed under warranty at no charge. I'm happy to recommend Neece Heating and Cooling to my family and friends.

I recently had Neece Heating and Cooling come out for some heating maintenance and, once again, I couldn’t be happier with them! I’ve called them several times in the past for various things, and have always received excellent service fast. Very friendly and professional, and they do a great job. Would recommend to anyone!

Was told that it would be $99 per lb of refregirent 410a and was charged $199 per lb.

Update... they made it right and fixed the overcharge. Tech made a mistake and owned up to it. It happens. He was always a very friendly and kind individual.

We have been working with Travis BEFORE he started his own shop. The only thing that has changed is that he and his team are even more responsive (if that was possible). They are truly the ones to go to for new equipment, service, or just advice regarding HVAC systems!

Travis and Duane were professional from the bidding process through the installation of our entire HVAC system and water heater.
