I called and the repairman was here within an hour and a half. Our blower motor had gone out. He replaced it in less than one hour. Very happy customer! Highly recommend.

I called at 7 a.m. and left a callback # with the lady at the answering service. She said she'd pass my information on to the company when they opened at 8. They called at 8:15 and said a technician would call when he's on his way. At 8:45 Mike called stating he was at our front door. By 10 we had a/c again. Their speedy response time was fantastic!
Mike gave me a quote before going ahead and fixing the problem which I greatly appreciated. He wanted to fix the problem correctly and not just put a band-aid on it which is exactly how we wanted it fixed. Heating & Cooling is usually a pricey business but we knew roughly what was wrong and how much it should cost (my husband did residential heating & cooling years ago) and they were right in the ballpark.
Mike was thorough, knowledgeable & pleasant. We will be using McIntosh for all our future needs.

AS Dillon was finished diagnosing, and replacing my AC capacitor. I paid him in cash. The bill was just under $145. I handed him, What I thought was 3 $50. bills, ($150.00) as he wrote up my bill. I was glad my AC was working again. I told him to "Keep the Change". Well I had handed him $200. I got my reciept and went to talk with my neighbors. And a few minutes later, Dillon walked towards me showing me 4 $50 bills. I had overpaid him, and he would of been well within his rights keeping a $55. tip. He returned me the extra bill. They have earned my business. Thanks Dillon.

One horribly hot Friday my A.C. went out. Called them right about 5. They closed at 5 but still sent a man out & got a temporary fix. We were nice & cool for the weekend. They've always been fair with the pricing & quick with their service. So when our A.C. & heating finally went out, where else would get our new unit? Can't go wrong with McIntosh Heating & Cooling!

My ac went out on Saturday morning. I have home owners insurance so of course I called them first. They did not care how hot it was, and we were basically told it would be Monday before anyone would call. That they did not have any AC companies under my policy that worked weekends, I called Mcintosh around 5pm, they were very nice and friendly. Service man called me back within a hour and informed me that he would be coming that night around 9ish. He did come over a hour sooner. Not alot of AC companies work weekends. I for that reason and the fact the service man came out so late, I recommend them to anyone.

Bought a house and needed a new heater + air conditioner installed. I did quite a bit of research and got several quotes from companies in the area. Most of the quotes were in the same price range but McIntosh seemed less rushed and more like they waned the job done right. Very thorough, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well and I got a new heater/AC installed for $4,500.

They serviced my old system for it's last 5 years, they replaced it for a great price and they have excellent service. I recommend them if you simply need a checkup or to have work done. They are honest, and professional. Very nice people from installers to service people to the people in the office.
