Metro has been very good to us in the homes we have owned. They have maintained our HVAC systems and we have purchased a new system from them in the past. Their servicemen are knowledgeable, polite and on time.
We have used Metro for years & have always been totally satisfied. Ryan was here on Dec.4th to do the annual service check on our 2 furnaces. He is prompt, friendly, knowledgable, very efficient, & very thorough. He is always willing to answer any questions you may have. Their prices are reasonable & competitive. Metro was recommended to us by two different neighbors. We have used them for service and just last week they installed a complete HVAC system. Aaron had some ideas the other companies we received bids from did not and they made sense. He and Matt did a great job off installing the system and cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone.
Have used Metro for over 15 years. They have done double a/c and a furnace. We are now on our next double a/c and furnace. They do excellent work and the price is competitive. Next, they did multiple neighbors homes since we were so pleased. Those neighbors were equally pleased. When you need them, they usually respond and show up quickly. Highly, highly recommend them.
Called Metro when I noticed my furnace struggling to kick on and off... They came out the very same day. Younger gentleman, very polite. Got right to the source which was a short in a circuit board. The part itself was quite pricey to replace. But all in all, including the trip to get a replacement part, he had it up and running within a couple of hours. While our furnace approaching the end of it's life, they did recommend a new system but did not try to pressure us into a sale. Just a general recommendation. Would use their service again.
I came home from a lengthy hospital stay only to find me A/C had broken. It was 95 degrees in the place and I googled heating and cooling companies around me. It was like 2:30 in the afternoon and all that I had called said they "MIGHT" be able to get to it tomorrow. I then called Metro and they said they could have someone here by 5pm. Well about 3:30 rolls around and their technician Matt called and said he was on his way. He arrived like 15 minutes later and immediately found he problem. I had a fried main board. Lucky me...... He then told me that he could wire it direct to get me up and running for a fair price. I agreed and 10 minutes later it was blasting cold air. He said they would have to price the part and get back with me. The next day he called and gave me the bad news 500.00 to completely replace the board with a new factory one. The price seemed high but I knew from a friend that he had told me that he had paid almost exactly the same. I agreed to let them do it and they informed me that it would take a couple of days to get the part. Once in, The receptionist called and made an appointment for the install. Matt returned to install the part and also noticed my blower fan had eaten a furnace filter, It was also very dirty. He disassembled it and cleaned it VERY thoroughly at no additional cost. It's nice to have a company that you can count on and trust working in my home. The sold me for life. Keep doing what you're doing, Don't change a thing!
Metro always does a great job if I ever have any heating/cooling issues. My air conditioner had quit and they were very accommodating and came to fix it right away. They were very friendly and fixed everything for reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everyone!
I’ve been doing business with Metro for over 30 years. They have never failed to be responsive, even over holiday weekends. Their employees have always been courteous and efficient. One the finest companies I’ve dealt with since moving to Saint Louis!
Pricing was fair and Ryan did an exceptional job solving my unusual heater problem. Not even a hint of complaint as he had to climb roofs in cold icy weather, search for an unknown problem and work extensively in a very small crawl space. Am impressed that they arrived just hours after I called them, even though we are in the midst of a bad freeze cycle. Nice office staff also. Many thanks for a job well done.

I chose Metro for several reasons: Metro was competitive in their pricing, and provided service and follow up that is second to none. It is a family run business, and Aaron Boehmer (owner) and his staff are prompt, efficient, trustworthy, and considerate. Prior to replacing my units, I had to call Metro several times, once late on a Friday, and one evening late. They responded immediately, were kind, helpful and fixed the problem promptly. I give Metro my highest endorsement: they pay meticulous attention to detail, are competent, and perhaps what distinguishes them most,....they treat their customers like family.
