I had a furnace in my basement garage that was a Frankenstein. It had the top A-coil replaced and then the next year the heat exchanger on the furnace cracked so it was replaced...both by two different companies. I was getting condensation water inside my furnace rusting it out. I called another company and they came out and didn't open the furnace up. They just stood there and looked at it and told me to keep my gargage door closed because of the humidity getting in. Jason with Prayco came out and listen to me. I knew condensation was the cause. Jason opened the top up and found the condensation drips from the freon tubing were missing the drip pan completely. He raised my freon lines so they were slightly sloped to allow the water condensation to travel along the line deeper into the furnace. The water droplets now fell directly from the cold freon line into the catch pan. He took the time to listen and took the time to open up the furnace to find the problem.
Jason will listen and go the extra mile. He is very professional and a super nice guy. I recommend him as a man you can trust and has the skills.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Prayco and Jason a 20 at least. Very responsive, Always on time the work is always done well. I'm not being gouged on the price. I will never use another plumber or hvac service.

My AC stopped working and I just want to thank Prayco for coming out, finding my problem which was that my compressor was shot. My service tech did everything he could to find a new one for me due to the shortage of parts everywhere. New part was shipped fast and I now have AC again. He explained everything to me. His customer service was phenomenal!! I'd definitely prefer them. Also a special thank you to the kind lady who takes the service calls. You guys rock!!

We had Cliff (with Prayco) come out through our Home Warranty. You always never know what you are gonna get when a Home warranty company sends someone out. Well let me tell you!! Cliff was amazing. He has been doing this for about 30 years and really knows His stuff (not in a condescending/prideful way but a humble way) and can explain it quite well. He helped us out a ton and noticed mistakes that past companies mad and fixed those. He treats customers the way He wants to be treated. Definitely recommend Him!!!

My fiancé and I have a 1 year warranty for our house that we just bought in December. We paid the deductible for them to come out and fix our A/C because it’s 76 degrees upstairs while the a/c is set to 65 degrees. Prayco was sent to fix the issue and they apparently “unfroze” something in the unit to keep the airflow, but this did nothing to fix the problem. We called them to come back out to actually fix the problem and they said we would have to pay the deductible again to get the to come back out. We already paid the deductible and the problem wasn’t fixed!! My fiancé spent 30 minutes on the phone with them trying to get them to do their job that we paid for and they wouldn’t because they said they wouldn’t get paid by the insurance company to come out again. In my opinion if you didn’t fix it the first time then you never did your job in the first place and it shouldn’t cost ME more money just because you didn’t fix the issue. Very frustrated by this because they are just trying to save some money and they don’t care if they aren’t completing the job!
