After discovering our air was out during the hottest week of the season, Controlled Comfort HVAC answered the phone at 10pm. Mark arrived on our door step the next day and had everything fixed within an hour. He was polite informative and very knowledgeable. We will truly have him back again.

On New Year’s Day, our heating/cooling went out. Started trying to contact repair people on the next day, Saturday. Reached out to several on Thumbtack. This company called me and told me how to turn on the emergency heat safely before I even made an appointment to get an estimate! Came out at no extra charge on a holiday weekend and gave me thorough information on all my options, including repair vs replacement and financing. Got the installation done in one day, excellent customer service!
