Ended up losing a lot of money on a refrigerator that still didn't work when he was finished. Couldn't give a true diagnostic. Didn't offer any compensation on the fact that it wasn't repaired based on diagnostic given. Couldn't inform me if it was fixable or not. Later told me that no repair is guaranteed to work. Could last 3 days or 3 months, but I thought a diagnostic would let me know the problem n if it was fixable. Ended up getting sum1 else who got it done. Told me what it needed, and what was incorrect. Felt bad bc of what I had already lost, and gave me a discount for references. So I did learn to check out any service provider completely. Like how long have they been licensed and bonded and years of experience. And the comment u made was not accurate. All that was not said. U didn't try to come out like u said. I called u on the next day of the first service that I paid $303 for and u said u couldn't come out till da next week. Then the next visit u did call to order a $17 thermistor and charged me $40 for. Along with da diagnostic and service, paid another $180. And when u came to return my old compressor I informed u that it still wasn't cooling properly. Then u was like u dont know what else needed to be done and that it had enough freon in it and left and said u would be back to check on it. But I ended up calling u to see if when were u returning bc I hadnt heard back from you, that's when u informed me over the phone that u had done all dat you knew to do. You did try to contact me to reach a resolution. So please state facts...And I told u dat I could take a loss on da compressor bc sum1 else did diagnosis it, but once I paid u to diagnose it, why didn't u tell me that compressor was incorrect or done incorrectly (when it took you almost 4hrs to install) and dat could be da problem and along with thermistor. I THOUGHT thru ur diagnosis that you could tell if it was fixable or not worth it. I was fine with taking about a $500 lost, but when you make comments that are completely untrue and leave out the negatives, I have a problem. P.S. you didn't even put my refrigerator completely back together like u found it. But I do wish you and business the best and that maybe next time you may have sum compassion for taking money for a service that was not up to par. If I paid sum1 to diagnose my car to see if they can get it running and they took the job, I would expect a running car. Or not to pay for the full service with no results. But dats when good customer service comes into play........AND I WASN'T GOING TO POST DETAILS BUT WHEN SUM1 CONTACTED ME AND ASKED ME IF I READ DA COMMENT DAT WAS POSTED, I WAS APPALLED....and if u have more to say, please feel free to contact me bc I didn't even hear all this when I called to ask what I was to do when I paid all my money and still didn't have a working fridge. Bc I could have bought a new one, if I knew I was going to go through this. Maybe refrigeration is not your thing, bc you do have great comments on AC work... cant knock dat, I keep it honest. And try to do da same...bc that was petty to post inaccurate statements..and there was never a mention of no warranty on your work for this repair bc I would have been a fool to accept it..

Well, they tried....I had to hire someone else to fix my condenser fan. They put the wrong run capacitor on the fan motor causing it to overheat. Then they were yelling at me on the phone saying that I caused the fan motor to overheat because I moved the wires that they left sticking out of the unit. The other contractor I hired confirmed that their work was unprofessional and incorrect. Based on previous reviews, it seems their defense is to deny that they did it....here’s the card they left me.
