Stopped in and talked with Mike, he seemed knowledgeable and helpful in describing things to me. Was appreciative of his time. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago to come get a shop furnace going, they’ve made no attempt to come do repairs or communicate with me. Followed up once already, and got a non committal “I don’t know when we can come” from the gal on the phone. No calls back since then. If you’re uninterested in my business or too busy, just tell me. Don’t string customers along indefinitely with no ETA.

My blower motor went out on my furnace and Mike's had a technician at my house an hour after I called. Very helpful and friendly office person and technician. Besides replacing the motor he cleaned the furnace, which it needed badly. When I got home from work my house was toasty warm. Can't thank them enough.

We called to get an annual tune up and cleaning done to our furnace. Was told we are on there list 2 months ago. We can't find no one else to do it so I guess no one wants to work.
