I'm very impressed with the work that Chuck & Nick from Northern Air completed on my aging boiler. They ask many questions to assess the problem and bring the right parts to complete the job in one trip. Very professional and they left the work area tidy. If you want it done right, this is the place to call.

Called and received voicemail. I left a message regarding a new construction hot water heating system. Several weeks later and not so much as a return phone call. Don't waste your time calling them.

Was told I would get a bid for both units AC and furnace but only received a bid for one causing delays in the process. Decided to go a different direction. 😌

Your technician Troy showed up on time and had everything up and running in two hours. We were actually going to give up and replace the whole system.We are so glad we called you first. I was at Coles Hardware looking for an igniter for my furnace. A technician happened to be there at the same time. Coles did not have the specific igniter I needed but Mike brought me out to his work truck and was able to get me the part I need. Mike if you a are reading this the furnace was a "Maytag"

Very helpful, timely and friendly. Unlike another place in town they were quick to serve our families needs when the heat went out.

When I called to schedule appointment one of the first questions that was asked of me is "do I currently have heat?" When I said no, she said that she would make our call a top priority. They did, and a few hours later it was fixed. Thank you.
