Mr Furnace LLC Heating & Air Conditioning

In the fall of 2020, we received a bid from Mr. Furnace for heating/ac and installation. I called to let him know we were accepting his bid. I told him that we would send $3000 to cover the initial furnace and setting of the furnace with money left over to go towards the ductwork we needed.
We asked Jay early this spring to get the ductwork ordered. We didn’t hear from him. I have called at least 4 times, my husband stopped in and left a business card, multiple emails, etc.
Now all of a sudden (I have voice mails) that he will not complete the work and the $3000 happens to be exactly what we owe him. I reminded him that it was me who arrived at the dollar amount we would send, not him.
We asked him for a breakdown of charges and payments, he sent back the invoice with the AC crossed off and $3000 written in. He has our money, hasn’t completed the agreed upon work. He did not answer my last email either.
We are no longer interested in doing any business with Mr Furnace, but believe we are owed some reimbursement.

Terrible, the next day I had to call another and they fixed furnace. They put a thermostat on and said that was the problem. Now I am buying new thermostat because the one they put on is only heat and on. I have central air and heat. They claim they never came to my house. Let's just say it was a very cold night and cost me around 300 only to turn around and pay another 300 to really have it fixed. Now I had to buy another thermostat. I guess it's true what they say about taking advantage of older single women....

I can not begin to thank you enough for the fast response to our gas leak today. The 2 gentleman who came by were so friendly and got the job done so fast! I will highly recommend you to anyone who needs assistance with heating!

Called on November 21st still haven't heard back from them about my furnace issues.

Called to have central air hooked up. He was quick to tell me "it isn't a bad job, I should be able to get someone to do that for me but we have too many to do."

They never got back to us, we went elsewhere.
