Arrowhead Plumbing, Heating, & Refrigeration

Had little to no heat at my house, called Pete in the morning and by late afternoon they were working on it. Took a while and even the main man Pete came over to the house and they figured it out. Priced about what I thought and GREAT service.....I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They stayed until the house was warm and left the place cleaner than we do. Thanks Guys we really appreciate you.

My parents had a no heat furnace failure. They installed a new furnace at a very fair price in less than 1 day. Very happy with all of their work!!

***Edited 1/10/21 - I've retracted my previous negative review, due to the fact that I finally got my furnace serviced by Arrowhead, and it is now running fine. The problem was with my former home warranty company (American Home Shield), and not ONE contactor wanted to work with them due to not being paid or not being paid enough or on time. After being given "outside authorization" to find our own contractor, we called 5 different companies in the area, and they all said "no". Pete from Arrowhead came last week and fixed the furnace and educated me about furnace filters and was friendly and professional. My only complaint is that I wished I'd known about the issue with the home warranty company back in late November - early December when I first noticed the heating issue. I understand that it is a busy time of year for HVAC contractors, and it may take some time to get service if you have a non-emergent problem. Obviously, in the bitter winters, people with non-running furnaces take priority. My furnace ran, but wasn't heating well and was guzzling fuel oil! Anyways, Pete called to clarify the situation with these home warranty companies today, and I'd forgotten about the review I'd left in frustration with the situation as a whole. It's hard to feel good about these things when you're down on your luck and cannot get anywhere or even a reason why. For my household & family, it was 5 weeks of unreturned emails and phone calls, not just with the furnace and home warranty, but also with other professionals. Anyway, thanks to Pete (Arrowhead Heating) and AEOA, we are no longer cold and worried about heat!

Am so pleased with the service ... Christmas Eve day and they came out to fix our furnace without an issue.

I had an issue with my lake property in the middle of nowhere. Pete came out and repaired the problem and gave me an honest evaluation of my options. Before I connected with Pete, I called a different company and it appeared they only cared about selling me a very expensive option.

He came out late at night in the middle of a cold snap (we live out in the middle of nowhere) to see why our furnace died when another company couldn't be out for a week. Has a great crew that know their stuff and are very professional. Easy to get ahold of. Sticking with them from now on. Super happy with them! Thank you!

Run from this company as fast as you can!!! Guy named Pete (who talks and acts like your friendly grandpa) promised to come out numerous times and never showed. DO NOT USE!!!!

He was suppose to be at my House, yesterday Afternoon...Never showed up!! What a Waste of my Time!!

I did some work for him ,had a hard time getting money that was owed to me.he wouldn't answer my calls till I told him I was going to report him to the Minnesota labor board.

Arrowhead installed a mini split system 3 years ago and the service and unit has been great. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead Plumbing and heating.
