Better Air, Inc. most definitely deserves a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating! The owner, Chad, really took the time to talk with me and listen to my needs without any pressure, and he gave me several options to consider when my A/C went out completely in June ’21. He even helped me with financing and rebates as well. The entire staff is first class at Better Air, Inc! Jon and Scott were super knowledgeable and efficient during the entire replacement of my new Lennox A/C and furnace, including the installation of my new Google Nest thermostat. Kayla and Sheri are also top notch as well in the office and are so friendly and helpful! I most highly recommend Better Air, Inc. to anyone looking for excellent sales and service from start to finish. Thank you! 🙏

The techican was a bit later than originally schedule but his first appointment ran late. He got right to the problem and replaced the part that cause the condenser to not run. It only took about 2 hour.

Terry was out today to do my yearly furnace check and install a new wi-fi thermostat. He was super thorough, explained to me the difference between each of the thermostat models, and after installation gave me a great, easy-to-understand walk through of how to use the thermostat. He then walked me through the maintenance he did on my furnace, and made sure I understood the results of the tests he did. Overall, super professional, great communication (even with someone like me who doesn't understand HVAC at ALL) and a stellar technician. I will be using Better Air in the future.

Professional, Caring, On Time, Informative

HVAC Consultant Tom had a technician at my home shortly after I called about no heat. They were unable to replace the furnace for a week. Ben came twice and Terry once to keep me warm till then. Installers Ryan and Jerry were awesome. Great job! I had discovered my water heater needed replacement. Ryan assisted in getting that replaced with Tom. Next day Terry and Brett put a new one in and got me up to code. I can’t thank them enough especially since temps were -18/-22° during this time.

I made an appointment with Better Air to come look at my central air conditioner. I had previously used them at another house to replace my furnace and remembered how nice they were to deal with. The technician that came(on time) was very polite and friendly. He cleaned the unit, did all of the checks he needed, checked over the furnace as well to make sure the two units were operating as they should. He explained things along the way and left me with a few helpful tips.
I greatly appreciate their service and professionalism.

I wanted to know if my current home AC performance was acceptable as I thought the on time was too short; [known as short cycling]. Cooling performance was good other than this concern. My service tech took the time to review its operation as he checked its operation with me and explained reasons that would cause this concern. Since AC was performing well with this exception we both agreed to best to run it as is. I agreed with his observations and conclusions. At times - it best not to fix what is not broken. I've used this companies service several times in the past and it been a positive experience each time.

Came home after a few days away to find a ‘gas-like/exhaust’ smell In the house. Called Better Air immediately and they sent out a technician. Quickly diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger in our 25 year old furnace, causing C02 leak In the house.

The furnace was shut down and Tom came over to discuss replacements late in the afternoon. He offered options and at 5pm we had a solution. They offered space heaters to be used overnight, and were on the job the next morning at 7am. Technician Troy was prompt, personable and professional. The new furnace was installed about 25 hours after our initial call.

Very happy with the entire process. Will continue to use Better Air for future needs.

Better Air recently replaced my 22 year old HVAC system. This included A/C, furnace, 3 zone control dampers, control board and 3 programmable thermostats. The design by Tom Wright was spot on. The installation crew were courteous, professional and overall did a great job. Everything worked as planned with no follow up calls required. I'm glad I chose Better Air for the job and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Better Air. They showed up when they said they would and were professional. We were concerned about having technicians in our house during Covid but they had masks on and it felt very safe. My wife and I were very happy with the service and we'd use them again.

Best service in the south metro. Our furnace went out just as it got very cold. I was told by several places they would not work on my brand of furnace and they tried to talk me into a very new expensive one. Better Air came to my house in a very short period of time and had the furnace working in about a half an hour, and told me that after that part was replaced, my furnace should easily work for another 5-10 years, and it is still working perfectly!
