I called to have a plumbing issue fixed today, and Austin came this afternoon right on time. It's very difficult to get professional help on the North Shore. I found Harbor Mechanical on the Better Business Bureau website so I knew they would be professional. Austin fixed the plugged drain and the toilet issue. I will be calling them back to fix my dehumidifier. Great job Austin!

So, we had a very unexpected pipe burst in our basement. We were able to find this company on Google. Seth, the owner contacted the city for me, to inform them that the water needed to be shut off while the pipe was repaired. His employees Austin and Westin, were at our home very early the next morning. His son, Austin, was very professional, prompt, thorough, and informative, (I just happened to interact with him more at the time). After they left, the owner called to speak with me about the work completed, and our satisfaction. We would recommend this company to anyone!!

I enjoyed working with Harbor Mechanical. They were very professional and had great communication, always keeping us up to date on the project. They did the job I a short amount of time, and I felt confident in their skills that knew what hey were doing. Prices were reasonable.

Called Harbor Mechanical to replace my garbage disposal. Got the parts and labor pricing by phone with Seth and we scheduled the service call. Austin and Weston showed up and did a great job! (Another company had come out before and wanted to charge me $1,600 for the job!!!) I would call Harbor Mechanical again for sure.

Very professional, clean, and fast. My a/c went out over the summer and Harbor mechanical was very helpful in restoring the cold air in my home. They were very thorough in making sure it worked and cleaned up well after the job was done. Highly recommended!

I had Eric the service tech to come and help me and he helped me a lot I was so thankful that he came out He was a very nice young man to come and help me and I thought that he was very polite nice and he knew what he was doing I recommended that he goes elsewhere too he's very nice to everybody
