I have dealt with Angell Aire twice in the last year. In December our furnace went out. I called their 24 hour line and they had a rechnician out by 11, determined the problem and got replacement parts installed late afternoon. Technician was professional and friendly. Our A/C went out on a Tuesday morning during the 80-90 degree week. Craig was out next morning. Went over replacement options. A/C was installed and operating Thursday by 2pm. Again excellent service. Friendly and excellent technicians. Also received best price

I have used Angell Aire a couple of time. I have been happy each time. Last Saturday I realized my furnace was not working properly and my home was cooling down. I called Angell Aire and Paul came out quickly and fixed the issue. We are happy with Angell Aire.

These guys are fantastic! I wanted to install an ERV air exchanger (RenewAire) in our house, so I called around to 5 places. Two told me it couldn't be done, one quoted me a 30% higher price than these Angell Aire, and only one quoted me lower, and when that group showed up, they actually quit after trying for a half hour to run the ducts. After all this, I called up Angell Aire and they showed up promptly, did the job quickly, had a great electrician that they brought in, and finished the job in just a few hours. I'm also VERY impressed with the install. They used rigid ducts where possible, mounted the unit perfectly in the least intrusive way, and gave me some good info about maintenance. I will definitely call them again for any HVAC needs that I have!

I needed a humidifier replaced on our furnace. I called 5 different companies for over the phone quotes. Angell Aire was less than half of the price for the unit and the install than the other 4 companies - and they all recommended the exact same unit. Angell Aire was courteous, professional, and very helpful in giving the different options. Really thankful for this company

I arrived home the other night to a cold house. I tried doing a little investigating on my own to see what was going on with the furnace but didn't know a whole lot about what I was looking for.

I called Angell Aire at about 9pm and their on-call tech walked me through a lot of troubleshooting over the phone. He assured me that he could come out as soon as I wanted him to but since it wasn't super cold that night he suggested a lot of things over the phone since, as he told me, "the phone call and all my advice over the phone is free". We were ultimately not able to get things working that night, so I turned on some space heaters and waited until morning. Still, the on-call service tech was knowledgable, courteous, and patient.

The next morning I called and they were able to send a tech out that day. He called me when he was on his way to my house, so I was able to go to work and leave in time to meet him there. He was friendly and explained what was wrong with my furnace in a straightforward way that was easy to understand. He needed to return to the shop for a part, but was back within a few hours for a short repair. He also gave me some good advice on furnace maintenance. The cost of the repair was sensible and in the ballpark of what I expected it would be.

My experience with the people at Angell Aire was, from beginning to end, an excellent one. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing furnace repair.

Angell Aire to the resuce!! Our furnace gave out overnight. Called Phil the next morning and had a service technician at our cabin with replacement parts within 4 hours. What more can you say but outstanding service. Angell Aire has been helping our family and business for over 20 years. Make them your first call for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a new furnace. Phil was so easy to work with and very flexible on scheduling for the work. Customer service was outstanding and the cost was less than others for an identical unit. I don't need to search for another HVAC company again.
