Mark One of Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning service specialists did a great job at fixing our air conditioner on November 20, 2019 . He was accommodating, friendly and explained to us the cause of the problem of our A/C. He also advised us what to do next in order to maintain our A/C in good condition.

I have never been treated so good by a repair man before. He was nice and fast and did a great job!! Can’t ask for anything else!

Thomas came out on a Saturday night for an emergency call. Our home had reached about 90 degrees and the AC unit was out. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix it in a timely manner. He wore booties when he came in the house, was very nice and friendly. The price was reasonable, I would suggest calling this company. They answered when we called and got someone out within 2 hours. Thomas came on time and even called to let us know he was on the way.

Despite all the glowing reviews of this place - my experience was pretty poor. I was supposed to have a tech come out on 6/3 between 9am-1pm and no one showed up or called. I had to call them to find out what was going on - he was tied up with a commercial job. Ok, no problem. I then scheduled for the next day, 6/4 for the same 9am-1pm time period. We went ahead with that. Again, no one showed up or called. I had to call at a little after 2pm. I was told someone called and left a message, which didn't occur. I had my phone on and next to me all day waiting for the tech to call, and my phone had no calls or voicemails. Then they wanted to schedule me for NEXT WEEK. This could be due to a shortage of techs but they shouldn't be signing up for time slots they cannot service (especially since I bought their "premium plan" for higher priority). They really lost me when they failed to follow-up and communicate every time. I hope your experience will be better than mine.

Hands down the best company I’ve ever worked with. We called for service late last night and they came out at 8am today. They kept me informed of the issues they discovered with our system and ways to keep up with preventative maintenance in the future. They resolved our issue and added in a float switch as an extra piece of mind just in case anything else happens in the future. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond!

High-ranking client service from start to finish the job. They didn't try to sell me the more expensive options or play the numbers game they are very honest with the work they do. Overall the experience was great, and I would highly recommend them!!

No call back after i set a appontment for them to service my heater, they said the manager would call back but they never did

They came by to replace my entire HVAC system today including the water heater and they were the best! Professional, courteous and above all, knowledgeable in their craft!!! They left my place just as they found it - clean!! Kudos to Dan also for being a great account exec and answering all my questions. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a complete HVAC solution.
