I called 2 days ago during business hours. I spoke with the person I assume was just a call answering center, and told them I would like to speak with someone about upgrading my furnace and ac. They already had my number off from caller ID, and read it back to me. I confirmed my number and they said they would have a manager call me right back.

Its been 2 business days and still no call back. Save yourself some time, and call someone else. I could have been 2 days ahead of my current situation had I called someone else. They must be to busy with work, or just don't want to work.

Great company, from the salesman to the installers! Very thorough/honest with explaining how everything would be installed, pictures to show how it all works! They hooked up my nest thermostat, programmed it and showed me exactly how to work it ! Would recommend Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning company highly.

Our AC room unit was not working properly. Called several Heating and Air Conditioning companies and many did not repair these units. Called Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning. Not only did they come out the same day, but they figured out the problem and were able to repair the unit at a great price. Love Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning. Would highly recommend.

Great company. My heater was not working properly and I scheduled an appointment to fix it. Due to weather conditions the technician was a bit late, but they called me in advance and notified about that. Tech quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Very smart, polite and great person. Had a positive experience overall and will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

Had my AC unit go out over the weekend, called Monday morning and they came out on Tuesday. Great prices, great customer service.
