December 2015: I got a new furnace installed and it was a very smooth process. I worked with Adam and Erik for sales and installation, respectively. The result was a quality furnace at a fair price. Pleasantly surprised by how efficient the installer was and how well he addressed all of my questions.

They were the contractor for a double ac install through centerpoint energy. Not only did they incorrectly wire both ac units but just as today 7 months later i had to have centerpoint out to repair the boiler wiring because they miswired that as well. I wish i could say i was done with these people but i'm still trying to get service for water damage caused by their works when installing a faulty ac overflow hose from a few months back. The work has been awful but their lack of communication is even worse. numerous times i've been told they will contact me to schedule service but the call never comes.

Our A/C went out on the hottest day of this summer. The entire system was 25 years old. Eric replaced the entire HVAC system very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Airic’s Heating.

I had Airic's come to my house to put in a gas line to my stove, which I was changing to gas from electric. They came out and did that, but needed to come back to finish the job after the inspection. Teresa from Airic's called the day the inspector was coming telling me I had to pay the balance of my bill. I explained to her several times that the job wasn't finished. Finally I just said I'd ask the inspector. The very next day after the job was finished, Teresa was on the phone again demanding payment. I have never had a company demand payment when the job was not complete, and then demand payment again the very next morning. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Multiple issues with install, electrical, thermostat. Had Airics
Out so much we had them on speed dial. Waited over a week for call about a simple question and ended up calling the distributor who had the answer in 2
Minutes. Had To have our electric company fix another issue that Airics couldn’t figure
Out. Kept hearing that “we don’t sell many of these”
Really feel for the money we spent we were
Sold something that nobody knew anything about.
Wanted to be paid before the job was finished.
Outside work looked terrible and could see light coming into the basement from the over sized hole.
I am one to give praise when a job is done well. This was one problem after another

Mixed review. Called because we needed an a/c unit replaced. They showed up soon after, we're well informed, quoted a good price, and got the job. Installed quickly. Excellent!

Next I called about a new space heater for the garage. For as quick and easy as they were with the A/C, it's been totally the opposite with the heater. Took a long time to return the call, couldn't remember what we wanted, took a long time to arrive to measure, never received a quote. I called a couple of times to see what was up. Promised each time that they'd get back to me. Never have.

We contacted Airic's Heating last summer when our AC unit stopped cooling. We contacted several other companies that we well reviewed by Google and Home Advisor at the same time. Airic's was the only company that would come out the same day after hours for no extra charge (it was 95 degrees out, so other companies knew that we were desperate). He informed us that there was a substantial crack and that he would add Freon if we wanted him to, but that it may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit (Lennox AC and furnace system - both 18 years old). He was right, two days later the house was hot again. Adam explained to us that in order for a new AC unit to perform correctly, a new furnace was also needed. The old furnaces are too large to allow for a big enough coil system to be installed above it - to move the air efficiently thru our home. Different parts on our furnace had been replaced over the past 5 years, with everyone telling us it was on its last leg. So we made the decision to move forward with replacing both, but only after getting the exact same feedback from two other local companies - one of which was the Costco preferred provider - whose bid was 20% higher than Airic's.

Adam and team completed the work efficiently and effectively for less than their bid. They were extremely professional and everyone on the team was respectful to our home and family. Two weeks after this install, my mother's AC stopped cooling. Adam came to her home on Saturday, even though I think he was not working that day, and took care of her for no additional weekend rate. She also had a crack in her AC unit, which is about 20 years old. He gave her the same info that I got - that it may or may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit. Her Freon held. I am sure it will give out down the road, and when it does, we will be calling Airic's back.

Adam has assisted us with an additional repair in our home since this occurred that was not really within their realm. I am so confident in this company, that I left the door open for him to come and go as needed. I have never done that for any other repair company. These guys are great!! I will refer any friend to them with no hesitation!!

I have had Airic's service my AC a handful of times over the years, and have always received quick, friendly, and professional service. Now that I will need to replace my AC unit before next spring, Airic's will be doing that for me also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
