Fantastic experience with Jerome and his team. Jerome was beyond gracious with his time in trying to help me over the phone before making a service call. After trying a few different things, it had become clear that my AC and furnace needed to be replaced. Lakeland was able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time without applying 'emergency' charges. New unit is as advertised and working better than the old system ever did. The install crew was very clean, quick, and professional. They also offered a financing package that can't be beat. I'm glad we found Lakeland! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Great service and I believe a company you can trust. Jerome fixed the problem and the price was very reasonable. Jerome also gave me one amazing tip to keep my cooling bill down in the summer and it works!! Yesterday it was 81 degrees outside, my AC didn’t kick on until late afternoon, my house was 74 all day and very comfortable. The new thermostat he installed shows what my energy cost is each day/ month/ year. I think my electric bill will drop dramatically based on how it worked on day one. If you have an AC issue I definitely recommend you call Lakeland first! Finding a person or company you can trust isn’t easy.

My wife called Jerome yesterday morning around 7:30 a.m. after we discovered that our A/C unit was not working. Our unit was fixed by early evening after Jerome had squeezed us in on a very busy and hot day for him. They will be our go to company for all our Heating and A/C needs. Jerome, the owner was responsive to our needs. His technician installed the system 2
days after we accepted the bid. This was a life saver in 90 degree temps. He took care of the registration and rebate offers. He came out and verified everything was running as per specifications. A totally great experience.

We woke up with no hot water in our home or for our radiant heating system. Not a good start to another winter day in Minnesota. After exhausting my friends, a retired plumber and electrician, I called Lakeland Heating and Air Conditioning and talked to Jerome. He came out that same afternoon and determined that the boiler needed a new circuit board. Part availability was a problem and after being quoted a week he was able to locate a supplier who could provide next day expedited service in another state. A greatly appreciated above and beyond customer service moment. He was out the following afternoon, as promised, installed the circuit board and restored our radiant heating. The boiler interface to our hot water presented an additional challenge he was able to solve. Jerome sat down with my wife and I and answered all our questions regarding a radiant heating system (new owners to an existing home). Tom was fantastic! He showed up on time and was very efficient, had my a/c up and running within a few hours. He even went above and beyond to repair some additional ductwork that was not properly sealed above the furnace. I'm very happy with the unit and work done. Thanks again!
