It was my pleasure to hire Yaz. He fit me into his busy schedule and arrived within an hour of our initial phone call. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained and answered all of my questions about my faulty furnace, had the replacement part on his truck and my furnace was up and running again. Thank you.

I called yaz on a Friday afternoon. They were busy but he heard I had small children so he came out within a couple of hours to check out my furnace. Found the problem very quickly. We were told that the furnace needed to be replaced so we decided we would go with them to replace the whole thing. I am so glad I did he came back Saturday and had the job done within a few hours. Great guy very kind and caring would definitely hire again. :)

Got a service call on a Sunday, holiday weekend cheaper than any other company within an hour of calling! Had my ac up and running within a half hour of arriving! Had my part on his truck! Very professional, fast, and cheaper than any big company. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am a realtor, and my client who was selling his home knew he had an issue with the A/C. Ultra was able to come out the next day from when I called him to take advantage of some unseasonably warm weather, showed up right on time, and diagnosed the issue quickly. He made recommendations to my client on the repair that would be the most cost effective and make the most sense. This company is now on my preferred vendor list.

He cane at midnight, when no other company was available. He diagnosed the probem, ordered the part an installed the very next day on a Saturday. He me a great price! I woll use him again!!!
