Absolutely amazing service and professionalism. I contacted Yaz and I explained the issue I was having. His team arrived to our appointment on time and went straight to work. Unfortunately my furnace wasn’t being compliant and it took longer than expected, but he happily stayed late at night until the job was complete. The best part of all was his EXTREMELY FAIR prices. The price was a fraction of the competition. I highly recommend Ultra Climate Control for any Heating and Cooling needs.

My A/C broke on the first 80 degree day of the summer. I started calling around, and most places did not do after hours emergency calls, or if they did, it was an exorbitant amount of money. One big name company told me that maybe they could come out, maybe they couldn't. I'd have to wait to find out.
When I called Ultra Climate Control, I spoke with Yaz. He was extremely professional and personable, and arranged to come to my house that night. He had other calls already scheduled, so he warned me that it wouldn't be until very late, but he would be there. True to his word, he arrived close to 10pm, and had my A/C up and running in less than 30 minutes. Even though he had to be worn out from working so late, he was friendly and cracking jokes the entire time. His prices were extremely fair for superior customer and technical service. When my ancient A/C unit finally bites the dust, I will definitely be contacting them to replace it for me.

Our furnace went out on a frigid Sunday morning. I had unfortunately spent all day reaching out to the "big guys" to try and get someone out to fix it. One company wanted to charge me $250 just to show up at my house. That evening, I landed on Ultra's website and submitted an online service request form hoping to get a call back the next morning (it was after 9pm), but less than five minutes later, I received a call from Yaz. He was so nice, asked about my issue and told me he could come out the next morning. He showed up within the 2 hour window he provided, was extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and when he realized he didn't have the part needed on him, went right up to his distributor to acquire it and had my furnace up and running early that afternoon. It really seemed like he cared about his job and was not interested in taking advantage of people. He charged a more than fair price and based off my experience, I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

We had our thermostat stop working. I called the company and they made a visit within an hour. Yaz was extremely professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also made some good suggestions. We are extremepy happy with the service. They charged us very decent amount. I would recommend them to anyone and we plan to use them again in future.

Furnace went out at 6am Sunday morning. 3 hrs after I called, Yaz was over. It took him two minutes to figure out what was broken, but continued to check out the furnace completely. Price was great. I can’t say enough about Yaz. Professional, best price you will ever find and does a hell of a job. I challenge anyone to find someone better. He installed a new AC unit for me yesterday and it works flawlessly and he took his time to make sure it was done right and didn’t charge extra to move my AC unit down to make sure it passed inspection. If you need HVAC services Yaz is the guy to go to.

I usually don’t write reviews, but Yaz was excellent! He was very personable, explained the process, and went the extra distance to get a part my furnace needed for $75 less than the supply shop down the street. Further, he stayed to verify the heat cycled. At the end of the job, Ultra was significantly cheaper than the competitors. I highly recommend.

I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Yaz was very informative with the facts, no high pressure. Installed in one day and completely cleaned up before they left. Yaz came back the next day to go over everything and to make sure everything was working properly. The customer service is excellent! Highly recommend Yaz and Ultra Climate Control.
