So my Fiancé and I have been having headache for the pass few weeks and been going to the hospital and doctors to find out why and everything was coming back normal..so we stay at parents house for a few weeks and didn’t get any headache at all then come home to a funny smell come to find out it was a gas leak on the shutoff value in a closet so we contact landlord and they contact naugle. They come to r apartment to replace value and replace wrong one so when I come to check the work we still can smell gas and the leak was still there. So my fiancé call them back to tell them we still have the leak they said we fix it already so when she proceeded to tell them that it’s still the old value they Laughed at her and was rude. Then she ask when that could come back to fix that said they would get to it when they could.. so the next time they show up to check it out the gentlemen said it’s a leak but he was surprised Anyone could smell it..to me a leak is a leak no matter how small it is then the gentlemen it back he didn’t want to fix To me very unprofessional.( Side note my fiancé just had brain surgery and is vary sensitive to smells) I would not recommend Naugle to anyone with are bad Experience we have

I had the old man from the company over to give me an estimate and he said he was going to have to call me with the price because he didn't know at the time. We talked about how I am in the military and he said he served but once I told him I am in the Army national guard he started acting rude and short with me. I knew he wouldn't call with the estimate so I did the work myself. It has been two weeks and still no call. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T KNOW GOOD BUSINESS. Apparently they don't support the military either since the guy acted the way he did when he found out I serve.

Extremely prompt service within 30 minutes of calling them. Friendly, professional, explained the problem to my understanding, pointed out another problem but I did not feel pressured to get it fixed immediately. Would use Naugle services again and would refer them to others.

Just installed a new furnace. Service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The price was very competitive. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again!

Very rude charged 550.00 for new mother board for furnace cost 50.00 online. Owner wouldn't return phone calls. Spring comes and A/C won't work. Call other company found 24V wire cut at motherboard . Possibly wating for service call to fix

Extremely unreliable. Had me waiting from Thursday morning that I placed the call till Wednesday that they NEVER showed up even after they told me that they were on the way MANY times, so I called a different company and they came out and had the heater working within 10 minutes. Aso, the other company didn’t charge anything for their visit which is definitely a plus in my book!!

If you do not work and have time to kill then Naugle is the place for you. I ended up not using them for the work because I never knew if or when they would come. I understand that there are emergency cases that come up that take higher priority. However at least make a phone call to let someone know you are not coming.
