After having issues with our furnace for 2 weeks in the beginning of January, we decided to give ESI a call. Nick came out first thing the next morning (Friday) and told us what was likely wrong with our 19 year old furnace and gave us a quote to replace the furnace, AC, and humidifier and install an air purifier. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He adjusted the schedule of his crew so we could get our new furnace the following Monday. The crew that installed our furnace, Terry and Justin, were equally knowledgeable, fast, very conscious of cleaning up after themselves, and did an excellent job explaining things when they were done. Our home is so much more comfortable now, and we can't wait to get the AC installed in the spring. Our entire experience exceeded expectations, and we'd certainly recommend ESI for any HVAC needs.

ESI has been a great company to work with and we had two major projects with them this year. The first was a new combination boiler and water heater and the second was installing a brand new central air system with ductwork (we did not have AC previously). We worked with the same install crew (Justin and Terry) for both project and had great experiences. The guys were timely; were great about communicating options (e.g., placement of pipes, vents, etc.); and they thoughtfully worked with the quirks of our older home. Justine and Terry were also tidy, organized, and paid attention to details and finishes. We are thrilled with our new systems and would highly recommend ESI.

Justin and Terry were our technicians that installed our new geothermal heating and cooling system. They were very professional, courteous, punctual, friendly and informative. We had ESI install both a new hot water heater and furnace. I would highly recommend them! They were timely and thoughtful of our space. They complied with COVID regulations. The owner, Nick, came out himself for the initial meeting and was very responsive to questions and requests we had along the way.

ESI is awesome. I sent a message for service the night before...told them no rush. They open at 8 amd called me at 815 and had me on the schedule for 10 the same day.. Mike was amazing. I was alone in my house with him and felt very comfortable. He was on time, respectful of my house and Covid concerns and he did great work. He could explain the issues in words that I understood and was clear on what was covered under warranty and what was not. Great value and an awesome company!

Thanks to ESI for getting our furnace replaced and installed at such short notice, Justin, PJ and Jeremy did a great job replacing our old furnace. They were very professional and did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. Justin did a great job of coordinating the entire project and explaining everything.
