ESI Heating and Cooling

PJ and Terry did an excellent job from start to finish of our new geothermal system. We replaced an old open loop system with a new closed loop system. The new furnace and humidifier work great. The coordination with the sub-contracted water loop crew was seamless (Straight Line Directional Drilling and Geothermal, Hudsonville, MI (Roger and Mulder)).

ESI employees, Justin and Terry replaced our old cast iron boiler with a new high efficiency stainless steel boiler. Professionally done. nice people. No complaints. Nick Bengel, the owner was very responsive to our situation and knew more about infloor hot water heating than any other heating contractor I’ve come across in mid Michigan. I have no reservations about recommending ESI.

Justin & Terry installed 2 Fujitsu wall mounted A/C - Heat units/ with an outdoor heat pump. They also replaced our Boiler for our heat system. they did a great job & were great to work with thru the whole process.

Mike Charles & Steve Russman Came back to flush the system and to go over the A/C System. They were very thorough, going over every question. Great job Guys!

Great service! ESI were slammed with service calls because of the recent heat. They had to reschedule me, still we’re slammed with emergency calls. The owner, Nick ran my service call, got my furnace and A/C back up and running again after mice had their way with my air conditioner! A+
