The representative is always friendly, on time, communicates with me, and explains things so I can understand them.

Applegate technician is always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He obviously has a very good understanding of our HVAC system and addresses our questions and concerns clearly. We are very grateful to have this excellent service from Applegate.

We had all of our ductwork cleaned very professionally performed today. Very pleased with their service and products.

The representative arrived on time, was quick to determine the problem and had parts ordered for upcoming repair. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything that was done, he also was neat and tidy, placed shoe covers when entering house.

My humidifier wasn't sending water to the filter. I called them up and they said, it'll be $120 to diagnose it. When he came over he said, it was the shut off valve and it'll be $189 for a VALVE. After two hours , he came upstairs and said, I have some bad news , its not the shut off valve. It's the solenoid valve attached to the humidifier. Then, he showed me pictures of humidifier, he was trying to sell 🙄 to me. It was an outrageous amount. I said, ill order the part from Amazon and I did. A handyman I know came over and installed it for $30 dollars. What was upsetting 😡 to me was the valve that was not the problem and I know did not cost $189. I don't recommend them, because of their dishonesty.

We had a Daikin heat pump and Wi-Fi thermostat installed and was completely satisfied with the entire process.

Annual A/C inspection went very well. The technician was professional, courteous and thorough.
