Had issues with a 1 year old A/C unit not cooling. Called first thing this morning and they were able to have a technician, Mike, out asap. Mike was awesome! He took the time to thoroughly identify the issue. They have to replace the coil but got me up and running and scheduled the work for a convenient time around my schedule. I am very happy that I chose Applegate as they are very professional and stand behind their work! Highly recommend!!!

Applegate was amazing from the first call! They provided great professional advice, incredible business practice, and phenomenal service from beginning to end. Mike, the technician that service our HVAC system, had to fix a botched job by a previous business. He stayed late on a Friday to help us get it up and running. He was polite, on time, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone to contact Applegate. We definitely had a WOW experience!

Kyle was amazing and explained every detail and why it needed to be done for the project. He also came on site for the project and made sure everything was done properly. They are very affordable and do an amazing job! Highly recommend!! Would use them again if I ever had to! I used them for insulation.

Always timely, professional and guided to make sure your system is running efficiently. Certainly not an outfit that looks for ways to make unnecessary repairs. You are educated on what is needed now and only encouraged to spend what is needed now and not for hypothetical repairs with no quantitative or qualitative evidence indicating immediate or near term need. I trust Mike and the Applegate team and if they say it needs to be repaired, then it needs that repair. We contacted Applegate for a generator, and its installation went so well, and the customer service was so great that we remembered to call them when we needed HVAC replacement/ maintenance and cleaning. We haven’t been disappointed. Sales people were polite and gave ranges with options, not just pushing the most expensive. When I call for maintenance or service, the customer service reps are always kind and polite. Repair/ service techs are polite, kind, timely and work really hard to make sure you’re getting your best value. Even when we’ve needed them on an urgent / weekend basis they’ve been timely, and treated us fairly with regard to pricing and billing. You could say everyone at Applegate has treated us better than family.

Today's work was air conditioning preventive maintenance using Applegate's maintenance plan. The technician was friendly and very professional. He did a very thorough job and made recommendations to help keep my system performing well.

I have used Applegate heating and home insulation since 1986. I have always found them reliable and trustworthy.
We had a new furnace and A/C installed this week. Sales rep and installers are top notch. My wife gives them two thumbs up. That is like 100 thumbs up from the rest of us.
The new system is very efficient. We have set thermostat at 68° and find it very comfortable and uniform throughtout house.
