We been a customer of Efficient Energy for over 20 years. Needed a new furnace and a/c recently and all went very smooth. They made sure we knew how to operate this new and state of art Carrier system and we are very satisfied.

I am very pleased so far with my new AC unit. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional, and the quality of their work was top notch. Would highly recommend this company and use them again for any heating & cooling services I may need in the future.

It was the first really cold day of the season and we returned from the cottage to no heat on Sunday night. I called several service companies on Monday morning, but only Efficient Energy had the staff and interest to help us that day. Julie and Scot were very patient and helpful in answering my questions while we tried to troubleshoot the problem at first. After a one hour visit, they fixed the furnace with minor repairs. I highly recommend efficient energy to anyone who wants friendly technicians and reasonable rates. Most of all, their responsiveness is what sold me. Thanks guys.

After attempting to install a new thermostat, we had to guve up and put the old one back in... Except it didn't work. Cue a call to these guys, who came in, fixed the problem and installed the new thermostat in an hour. Very nice and friendly, didn't mess around, explained the problem... Very impressed with them. Highly recommend.

I am the previous owner of TinShoppe which was a custom ductwork fabrication business and Efficient Energy was a customer. I have retired from the industry and relocated to another state but still have a rental house local to Efficient Energy. On one of the coldest days of winter 2016, the furnace of the house was found to be faulty and had to be shut down. I trusted Eff. Eng. to do the replacement of the new unit. By the time I called about the status of the job, the new furnace was already running. The renter was pleased and I was surprised. I saw pictures of the installation and although I didn't fabricate the ductwork, I have to say it is a very professional installation. Very much unlike the horrible HVAC installation that was done in my new home (which I had to redo), by a "professional". Thanks

EEE was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Honest, upfront, and, friendly. Chase explained the "why and how" of the needed repair and made sure every option was explained. I'll definitely recommend them to others and utilize them for any needs I have in the future.
