We are new to Monroe and had to call for our hot water heater that stopped working. I found Reicherd from a Google search and liked their reviews so we chose them. Once we called we were able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Pat, was absolutely wonderful! Not only was he knowledgeable and very friendly, but professional beyond reproach! Unfortunately for us, Pat was unable to fix our problem and we had to buy a new hot water heater. That being said, we feel this company is the way they all should be! From the time we called to the end of our service call, the professionalism and courtesy shown us was absolutely wonderful. We would recommend this company to anyone!! Reicherd was supposed to come back and finsh service at my biz this past Monday or Tue. No show or call. I called and no call back. I have made several calls prior and they do not return calls in a timely manner... up to 2 weeks. Bitter cold is now here and we have been ignored... not even time to call someone else.

They were so fast, I had an estimate and then my a/c replaced the following week. Fair pricing and great service :)
