Justin was awesome! He showed up within the arrival window , he was very professional and courteous, and when he found a snake had gotten it self into our air conditioner and fried itself on the contactor ( yes seriously! ) , he was able to laugh about it and was just as amazed as I was lol . He quickly removed the snake and replaced the contactor and got us up and running again . Five stars across the board for bush heating and cooling and Justin , I'll be calling him the next time a critter gets in there , or anything else goes wrong with our ac or furnace. Thank you Justin!!!

Justin explained what was wrong with it and fixed the temp control valve temporarily. The hot water heater is overheating due to age and needs replaced.
We always use Busch for our heating and air also. We have always been happy with there service. 🙂

My husband and I would like to express our deep appreciation for a job well done. Your technician, Justin, was very professional and did an excellent job. We had been having problems with our new furnace since another local company installed it. Wow, too many HVAC companies to choose from in Monroe, but Bush is Best! They've been in town since I was a kid & for a good reason. They've been very attentive to our needs every time we've called them.
