I notice the other review is extremely negative; however, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. During the coldest winter in thirty-years our heat stopped. We were extremely weary of our pipes freezing and tried desperately to find someone to fix it quickly. Davison Heating & Cooling had been the company to service it in the past, so naturally we went to them. Long-story short they visited our home six times, replaced three items, charged us hundreds of dollars and ultimately lamented not knowing much about fixing our system. They decided to play the guessing game on our dime. This time period inflicted a great deal of stress, as one of us had to stay home all day to run the water and rotate space heaters. Likewise, DM Burr visited, wiggled some wires charged us a couple of hundred dollars and fixed nothing. Then, Holland Heating & Cooling came for a visit charged us an expensive fee and suggested that for a mere $7,700 they could fix it. A quick Google search will clearly depict the lunacy of that suggestion, especially as we had already had so many parts replaced. Ken Hardin heating came promptly after our call, did not charge us hundreds of dollars for assessing our problem, and came the next day and fixed it. Their crew were kind, considerate not to drag snow in, and extremely efficient. They cleaned up their workspace immaculately. They also fixed our problem for an eighth of what Holland had quoted. We will absolutely never call anyone else again. I am embarrassed at the lack of skill, knowledge, business sense and urgency other companies in our county displayed. We gave them a lot of grace, but Ken Hardin Heating were the only ones to follow through. They've been around forever for a reason.

Aaron the service tech, fixed our heating fast and efficiently. I asked him to wear booties in my house, and he did!!! That made me appreciate his customer service even more. Also came out the same day. Very pleased. Ty!

Was referred by a previous customer and they were not wrong, I received nothing but excellent service! I went in to see if they had a part for my furnace and not only did they have it, a gentleman tested my old part to ensure I needed the new one! Top notch people that I will continue to do business with.

RUN! DO NOT WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely the worst company service wise and morally wise. They came in to fix a cooler for me, told me they had to order a expensive part to fix it, after ordering it told me they cant fix it. I asked then if I could get a discount on the bill because if you cant fix something, that should be known BEFORE ordering an expensive part. They said no and threatened to call a lawyer (over a discount). So I ended up paying for service and parts and still had a broken cooler. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Kept my air conditioner 7 weeks. Did nothing to it. Charged me $40. They said they called. No such record or voicemail. I checked in person twice. No work was done. No refund of deposit. 7 weeks!!

Technician is unprofessional and incredibly rude to customers at their own home. Admitted he ignored our first request put in 3 weeks before and plans to ignore anymore from my landlord. Insulted his co-workers and then me.

Lost our business because of 1 employee being extremely rude.

Ken Hardin Refrigeration heating and air conditioning is the absolute wose compay in Flint (or anywhere for that matter) and does shoddy work, does NOT stand behiond any reasonable guarantee, and will give you the run-around if a refund for uncompleted work is requested.

Refer to ripoffreport and look at other reviews found onine before hiring their services. Hire them today if you do not mind hiring someone else tommoroow to do the job correctly.

I've known Ken for years. Many times I can find a used part that he has in his stock room for half price or better. They are very friendly people and eager to help you.
