My furnace was not working and Alex, the technician, came to my home within 24 hours of my contact with Mike, the owner of Rightemp. Alex found the problem quickly and the furnace has been working fine. They have always been responsive whenever I have needed service.

These guys are great. On time and real good work. It was Alex that came to our house to repair my air conditioning. As he worked I had a bunch of questions and he had all the answers.

I typically don't post reviews but with such good service and a really nice fellow doing the work, I just had to boast about them.

I highly recommend Rightemp if you're lucky enough to be in an area they serve.

Had a great experience with Ritetemp. Their prices were very competitive and their service was exceptional. Had to change the date a couple times and they were very understanding. The gentleman who were doing the install for clean, professional, and took the time to explain how to use of the system and maintain it.

Rightemp is the way to go. They have been my life savers since we bought our house. Mike and Alex are VERY professional and AMAZING to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I would rate them better then 5 stars if there was more. We are extremely pleased with them and BEST price around! They honestly go out of there way to help there customers. Alex came out to diagnose my furnace’s intermittent short cycling issue the same day. The issue turned out to be highly complex to diagnose, but Alex and his team came out at all hours of the morning and night just to accommodate my schedule. 100% recommended, these guys are professional and responsive!

Our job was a can of worms. They found rust and a crack in our furnace and air conditioning unit! They immediately started working a few days after calling them, and worked with my schedule to get things done!

If you need a heating and cooling company, do not hesitate to hire Rightemp. They provided incredible service on a very challenging furnace issue.

We were without heat. My usual heating and cooling company was overbooked and unable to visit that day. I called Rightemp. Alex notified me of his arrival time and arrived within 2-3 hours of my initial call to Rightemp.

At first, the root cause of my furnace issue seemed to be related to a lack of routine maintenance. I change my filter often, but there were some other steps i was not aware of. Alex took the time to demonstrate the steps necessary for a thorough maintenance plan that most people can perform, providing a little cost savings.

Unfortunately, the maintenance steps did not fix the problem and Alex continued working through the afternoon without success. Despite the lack of success, he seemed to perform a comprehensive diagnosis, explaining his findings along the way. Eventually, he involved tech support from the furnace manufacturer. Multiple days and replacement parts were needed, but the problem was eventually solved.

The important point to note, in regards to the manufacturer, is that Alex (and possibly other members of Rightemp) seem to have a great relationship with them. My warranty situation was complicated and the costs for replacement parts were increasing rapidly. Alex worked with the manufacturer to alleviate some of those costs.

Bottom line... Alex's and Rightemp's work was fantastic! It felt honest and technically sound throughout the days of troubleshooting. Their relationship with the manufacturers seems like an added bonus. All of these factors have convinced me to make Rightemp my first choice for future heating and cooling issues. Very responsive company. Our AC unit was not cooling enough and I ended up calling multiple HVAC companies on a Saturday around 7 PM (2 weeks ago). However, Rightemp was the only company that was responsive where their front desk took the call and I could see that they were eager to look into my issue right away. Front desk mentioned that one of their technicians would call me shortly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from somebody called Mike in about 5 mins. Mike was very polite and gave me few things to check right on the phone to troubleshoot the issue. I understood that the resolution required a Technician to be onsite. I scheduled that with Mike for the next day. Their tech (Alex) came to our house and found that the AC unit capacitor had to be replaced. It solved the issue. He also gave some tips about good maintenance procedures for summer and winter. We were happy that the AC issue was behind us now. I am giving this review 2 weeks later and our AC unit is working without any issues. Great job by Rightemp!!!

Had Alex from Rightemp out today to troubleshoot and fix my AC. Turned out to be low on refrigerant. He was super friendly, called when he was 15 min away and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Would definitely call again.
