I was very happy with the work that MJ did to fix my AC unit. He was very courteous and explained what work he was doing to keep me informed. Would definitely recommend them.

I used Right-Temp services at least 3 times over last few years. Mike and the team by far my favorite crew to call now. Alex came out all 3 times and did an excellent job fixing my AC and Furnace as well as its maintenance. They are knoweledgeble, professional and have competible prices. Called 3 other services for a issue on a Sunday. I described the issue and they all wanted $200+ to come out. I called Rightemp and he spent 10 mins with me in the phone explaining how to fix it myself. Problem solved with an hour of my time and $5.69 in parts. Very friendly too!

Alex came out to fix my AC unit which wasn't blowing cold air. Quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for parts and labor. He performed the repairs and also provided advice on proper maintenance to avoid future problems. He even removed a wasps' nest from near the AC unit since he noticed we had young children. I called Right Temp an actually spoke with a real person. Mike set up my appointment when I needed it. Alex called the day before to verify the appointment. Alex called when he was on his way. Alex was very thorough, polite and informative. I am new to the area so I read reviews and BBB and found they deserve their A+ rating. I will use them again and refer to others.

We called Rightemp due to our air conditioning appearing to not function correctly. We called with very short notice, it’s going to be a super hot weekend, and they showed up very shortly after that! They were informative and professional, showed me what they were doing as they were doing it and offered tips for the future. Being super pregnant I am very thankful I have air now! Came home from hospital with newborn and brand new AC unit that was installed less than a year ago was not working. Called over 20 companies and all there “emergency appointments” were not for another week. Found Rightemps number gave them a try and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Took them ten minutes to get it fixed and I’m up and running again. GREAT PRICES. CALL ThESE GUYS especially for Emergency visits.
