    We had a huge and overwhelming problem with our sewage line. It collapsed and had severe root damage throughout the line. It was very costly but had to be done. We consulted a few places who wanted to tear down our garage, remove many slabs of cement to get to and replace the line. Blake and the Hoover team put us at ease in regards to what would take place. Blake explained a few options to line repair and up to complete replacement. We did need complete replacement and it was very costly but there were no additional costs added to our quote and the garage is still intact along with most of our cement too. The team was extremely punctual and worked diligently in the cold December wintry weather. We were blown away by their service. I would also add their office personnel are kind and friendly with daily updates on service times. We now can take LONG hot showers and flush our toilets without worry! Thanks Blake and the rest of the crew at Hoover!!!!

    Mike came and was able to explain the issue with no water pressure in my shower. He was able to fix the issue and also found the knocking noise in my bathroom walls when I run hot water. I would recommend Mike and Hoover plumbing for you plumbing issues. Thank you Mike for such GREAT Service

    Furnace acting up. So, having dealt with this company before, I decided to call on them again. They told me it was a faulty gas valve and would be $1300 to fix. Being on a fixed income, I couldn’t afford that. A couple days later, my son referred a friend who owns a HVAC business. He did a thorough inspection, and all he found was a dirty censor. Just clean it off, and it was good as new. All I had to pay,was for the cost of the inspection. Be careful of this place, apparently they like to rip off seniors on a fixed income. I should report them to the BBB.

    This is the third time we have used Hoover and we also recently joined the VIP program. Kevin was personable and professional. He did a great job explaining how to maintain our HVAC system and gave his recommendations with no sales pressure. And as always, the call center kept me updated on his arrival.

    On initial repair call in November of 2022 I called Hoover for a service call for a vacant rental property. Everything seemed as it should have been with the technician. He went through the unit and found the origination of the issue and said he corrected the problem. 89.00 service call fee. Okay, no problem. Roughly 50 days later the same problem again. I called again for what I considered a mistake on Hoovers technician. Oh no thats not how it works. I was informed that, that was in Nov. And this is Jan it doesn't matter that he replaced the item that he said was fine. So now it's another 300 dollars for the same furnace in less than 90 days from the initial service call. On top of their incompetence the tech actuall tried to sell me a new furnace for 5500.00 a maintanace program for 565.00 and 3 filters for 50.00 Don't use this company. They are up to no good.
