Walter is WONDERFUL. What a lifesaver. He was friendly, personable, and professional and fixed my sewage blockage on the 4th of July. Highly, highly recommend him.

I had a leaking bathroom sink. It was coming from the faucet and the pipes leading to the faucet. All fixed and I have a new drain pipe. (Old one wouldn't seal. 🤷🏽‍♀️) I also used the coupon in the value pak. 😁

Anthony was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He came to our rescue quickly. He was able to fix our leaky pipes and went over and above. We are so appreciative!

Had a dripping valve in the basement. I decided to just replace the two valves (see picture). Called Hoover. Nice woman answered the phone. $60 trip fee applied to any work. Fine.

1 hour labor $150
Grand total $200

No thanks. Can't trust anyone who takes advantage of customers like that. Canceled their electrician also.

Anthony was thorough but unsympathetic flat affect like he was bored and doing me a favor. If you are going to screw your customer it should at least feel good. Anthony failed on that front also.
