Art and his team are very experienced and did a great job installing a new furnace, central air conditioning, and ductwork in our 120 year old house. No complaints -a great small business to work with.

Art, the owner and sole act, was referred to me by a colleague and friend of his. On the day that work was supposed to start Art was MIA. He wouldn't answer my calls and didn't respond to my texts. This isn't just a small job, this was a commercial project that took months of planning. We are in the middle of a heat way and I can not find a contractor now. We are now going on 2 weeks since he was supposed to start the work. He should have already completed at this time and I am still searching for another contractor because everyone is so busy. We were scheduled to open our new business September 1 and now we are looking at October, if we are lucky because no other work can be done because the HVAC has to be completed.

This is such a horrible situation. I don't know why a contractor would commit to work and not complete it. Our first contact was 2 months before the job started so there was time to say no.

Please don't put yourself in the situation I did.

Had excellent service before but I called for a small job, a humidifier, nobody showed up to my house I waited all day, but even a phone call, left a voicemail and no return call. Kind of iffy about returning
