After calling the other so-called round-the-clock HVAC companies, no one could come out for more than a week. Andy was very accommodating and was able to show up on short notice. Luckily, he had the parts needed to repair my AC unit on the same day. We very much appreciate them helping us out when we really needed it. We’re customers for life.

Cardinal Heating and Cooling got me out of a serious bind when I hired someone else who promised to come back and do repairs after I paid them and never showed up. Cardinal was here within a couple hours, and got the job done pretty quickly. I couldn't be happier with their work.

My furnace stopped working. I made an appointment at 3:30pm and i had someone at my house at 4:15pm. The service guy did an assessment and came up with a diagnosis in just a few minutes. He was nice enough to explain what the problem was, and performed the fix relatively quickly. Overall a great experience. I would use them again.
