Air Temperature Control

Our air went out during those hot days last week, George came out (right away), gave us a seasonal tune-up and got the AC back up and running. Thank goodness!! Super nice, super knowledgeable, super awesome for fixing our AC. Would totally recommend Air Temperature Control for your AC needs.

Quick, same day response. Very appreciated. The Technician was pleasant, friendly and acted professionally, however did not seem completely knowledgeable or very experienced. He check several things on the furnace and couldn’t find anything definite. In the end I was told I needed to replace the furnace. However after he left I started checking and found a birds nest in the exhaust pipe. I removed the nest and the furnace is working fine. I’m glad I followed up behind him… otherwise I mighty have replaced the furnace ($3100!) and it still wouldn’t have worked properly unless the birds nest was removed.
I’m mixed on whether to recommend them or not…. They were out on the same day I called so
their service gets a 5 star, it’s just the only way to get 20 years experience is 20 years of working in the trade….. if it was something obvious on the furnace he would have been able to fixed it, but I’m sure this isn’t the first time a screen came off and birds got in the exhaust.

Courteous and professional business, overall enjoyable experience during my project. Air Temperature Control installed a couple of mini splits to help cool/heat my second floor. They were knowledgeable in recommending what units to get and provided prompt communication from the time the project started until its completion.

My boiler went out and I decided to change my system to mini spits since I did not have duct work. After getting 4 quotes, Air temperature control seemed the most knowledgeable. This was in fact the case. From start to finish they were great. I couldn't be happier with the results. You get over and above what you pay for with this company.

These guys are awesome! Super responsive, pleasant, competent, and competitive pricing. Would recommend to anyone. They saved the day when our old furnace igniter failed the day before Thanksgiving with family in town and again when the furnace finally died altogether with an efficient and fairly-priced replacement/install. The customer service was TopNotch..The technician (Andre) was friendly and knowledgeable and provided helpful tips.. The duct cleaning was very thorough and was done in an timely manner.. The tech’s assistant - young man (Chris) did an EXCELLENT job in cleaning the vents and he was very well mannered and courteous.

And the clean up when they completed the job was impressive.

From my one encounter, I highly recommend this company. I have relative's coming to stay with me from out of town today. My AC went out yesterday afternoon, so obviously I'm panicking little.

I called this morning and they sent Jeremy out within an hour. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond answering the myriad of questions that I have.

In less than an hour from when he arrived he had fixed my issue and also given advice on other related items. My AC is now running the best it has since I bought the house.
