Air Temperature Control

We had a slight issue with having to call them back out for our a/c after initially thinking it was fixed and still having to pay the same service fee both times for the same issue(and it's still not fixed after we paid for the initial repair. I wish we would have known from the beginning that it was a larger issue, it could have saved us time and money). However, they were very fast to arrive and one of the only HVAC companies that even answered their phone or agreed to work on a mobile home - I would still return in the future as a customer. I've definitely been treated worse and charged more so I know they're not a bad company solely because I didn't have the most ideal outcome.

I've been using them for years for a recharge on my AC. Always quick to get an appointment, honest, reasonable and this time the owner gave me a free freon charge to get us by til our new unit comes in, which included a free summer special upgrade from a 16 to a 17 seer unit. Far as I can see the best prices around. Love them! UPDATE: New unit installed and couldn't be happier!

Used this company before at my old address when our air conditioner went out. They were so great, I didn't hesitate to call them when I was concerned about the furnace in my new home. Turned out to be nothing, but the tech was nice enough to answer my other questions about the humidifier in my furnace. Will use them in the future if I ever have any issues.

I called for service because my ac unit runs and will not turn off. When the guy came he said that the freon maybe lower. That can be the cause so he say he added one pound. He didn't do no cleaning to the outside unit so I'm just disappointed with this company. It had a lot of good reviews. That's why I choose them. Nothing was fixed and I'm out over 300 dollars.

Had a cleaning scheduled for a Thursday. I had received a text to confirm the date and time. I received a text late the night before the appointment saying my date had been changed to Friday. When I called I was told that they had made a mistake and couldn't do the service. I took a day off from work to get the service done. Now I am out of a day of work and now I have to take another day to get it done. They made no attempt to make the situation right. Didn't even offer a discount. . They only offered to refund my deposit. Will never use or recommend them.

Update 9-30-2022: Another win for Air Temperature Control! Furnace stopped putting out heat overnight. I called in a.m. and service tech was scheduled, and actually came out early. Found the problem right away--something I've never seen or heard of before: a spider and web partly blocking gas flame! So it was clean out to fix, and very, very reasonable cost. Thank you Jeremy and ATC!

Outside AC unit stopped working overnight. I called mid-morning, and service tech Jeremy was here in 20 minutes! Had me stand by as he inspected unit. Bad news, motor is bad in this old unit. But, he gave me the cost of both repairing or replacing rather than just pushing replace! Jeremy is professional and friendly, explained the situation fully, and answered all my questions. ATC provides great response, great service, flat rate service call with no surprises, and no pressure. Definitely will use them again, and I highly recommend them!

Jeremy and George arrived in a handful of minutes from us contacting them, and they were able to diagnose the issues with our HVAC unit in under half an hour.

They did a diagnostic check and, when they found that there wasn’t anything that needed major repairs, lowered the price of their services.

If I could give seven stars, I would.

Though they weren't able to resolve my furnace issue on the 1st or second trip; their customer service and responsive we're top notch: and I'm pleased to share that there was no charge for the second visit!

I am very happy with the service they’ve provided. I have been a customer since 2015. My HVAC system is in good hands.
