It was so nice calling a company and seeing how prompt the serviceman, Jimmy G., came. He diagnosed the furnace problem in no time flat and stayed to make sure the furnace stayed on. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, and will use them again. Joan Mathews

Mike and Mindy came out to do a cleaning and cleaning nape took of our 1993 furnace. They were very friendly, professional, and informative! Had wonderful covid precautions. Molly in the office was wonderful too! We will definitely be using them for duct work and all our heating and cooling needs moving forward 😀

The worker was prompt, courteous, and on time. He Wore a mask and shoe covering. Performed the annual maintenance and communicated clearly has findings. He provided a written review of the maintenance checkpoints. He was extremely thorough and very pleasant. In other words, he was terrific!

Tom, Nate, and Scott are to be commended for their very professional approach to all aspects of the installation of our furnace and air conditioner. Their customer interface was outstanding ensuring that the customer understood system function and features. Clean up was excellent.

Towards end of June, Indoor Comfort repaired my AC after trying multiple other companies. This was during a busy AC season. Interior identified that the issue was missing caps (and not anything wrong with AC) and also created vacuum to get non-coolant stuff out and fill with coolant. Sounds easy, but wasn't as tried working with multiple other companies. IF you can get an appointment (as they are busy) with them, work with them.

We have been using Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling for over a decade without any problems or concerns. They are always responsive to our calls, extremely professional and always courteous. Kenny came out this morning for an annual check of our system. He could not have been more timely, efficient and professional leaving no trace behind that he had ever even been here. He also followed current COVID protocol. We could not be happier with Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling and their employees.

Our experience with Indoor Comfort was stellar from beginning (assessment of our needs) to end of project. We were informed of what we needed clearly and without any attempt to "build a bigger bill". We felt secure, well informed, and the team was efficient and worked long into the night to be sure the job was done and done correctly. We were incredibly impressed with the work ethic and outcome; which has in fact lowered our heating and cooling bills already! We recommend Indoor Comfort without any reservations or hesitation. They are the people to use if you need work done. We are a thoroughly pleased family and we thank them for their straightforward and honest hard work.

I had a 24 year old 80% efficient gas furnace with a cracked heat exchanger. Indoor Comfort removed the old furnace and replaced it with a 96% Bryant furnace. They also removed my 24 year old air conditioner which will be replaced with a new Bryant unit in the spring. The workmanship on the furnace installation was excellent. It looks very nice and works very well. I would highly recommend Indoor Comfort if you have heating and air conditioning needs.
