What a fantastic company, from the original inspection of our 42 year old water boiler heating our home to the quote and installation of a brand new energy efficient boiler. The best customer service and the installation was so smooth, the technicians are very well trained and friendly.
My wife and I are so glad we called them. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality products and quality workmanship. I would give them a 15 out of 10 rating if I could.

I replaced my old Fuel Oil furnace (and A/C) with a Bryant from Indoor Comfort four years ago and the entire process (from inquiry, sales, installation, and maintenance) has been exemplary! So much so, that I inquired about replacing my aging electric water heater with a gas one from them today when they came to perform the annual maintenance on the furnace. I've been meaning to do this for a couple of years, and knew I wanted to go with Indoor Comfort. So, I seized the opportunity to make some inquiries about doing just that today. Sufficed to say, I ordered a new water heater from them today (a Friday) and they'll be here to install it on Monday! Talk about quick turnaround, eh?
These folks are so good at explaining in easily understood terms what would work best, offer a couple (not too many, though) options, and help decide how best to proceed, it's phenomenal. No big pressure sales, no "let's hurry up and get this sold..." pitch, just good facts, professional advice, and let me figure out what I want to do.

Another excellent experience with Indoor Comfort. They installed a new HVAC system to replace our failing unit that was 27+ years old. Tom, Jeff, and Zach showed up right on time. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our space. They obviously took pride in their work and in the products they were installing. They went above and beyond at every opportunity.

We also had a great experience working with the rest of the Indoor Comfort team leading up to the install. Jimmy diagnosed the issue and took the time to lay out options as far as repair or replace. He also gave us his personal cell number if we had any questions as we deliberated. Dustin in the front office took extra time to look into additional questions we had about the tax rebates that our new equipment might qualify for and found us some substantial extra savings.

A great experience overall. We will definitely continue to rely on Indoor Comfort for our heating and cooling needs.

We've been with Indoor Comfort for several years now and are on their maintenance plan. Always high quality work and sincere professionalism. Recently, the furnace for the kids' and baby's rooms went out and we needed a replacement. They were quick to respond. However, there was a big mishap with the installation -- the wrong furnace was replaced! We were extremely worried we would be charged double the cost to get the actual furnace we needed to be replaced. With good faith, the Indoor Comfort team did not charge us any extra for their error. Despite the inconvenience of not having heat in the kids' rooms for several days, all was made right. This was a testament to the highest quality service and professionalism that Indoor Comfort provides. Highly recommend.
