Family HVAC replaced my ac-only ducted system to accomodate a highly effecient heat pump system (both heats/cools). They helped me navigate a significant rebate and 72 month 0% finance through Massave/Clearesult program. Vicky in the office, Justin (the owner) and the two Kyle's (install crew) were all super professional. We appreciated Justins follow up after work was completed to make sure we were comfortable and trained on how to best use/optimize the system. It seems we are already saving on oil$. Their quote and work scope was clear, and they provided the best/fairest cost I could find. Their work was timely, and they took all covid precautions (work was done in August 2020). I have found my "forever" HVAC professionals. I will be signing them up for a service contract. This is the company to call, and I suggest not hesitating because their reputation is spreading and demand for their services is ever increasing. Thanks again to Justin and all at Family HVAC :)

My heater stopped working when the weather was about to hit 20 degrees that night. Justin came over and made sure I had heat before the end of the night. He found the issue and replaced it quickly and professionally. Would 100% recommend this company!

Very personable and professional. They installed a central A/C system in new construction for me on short notice as I had another company lined up where the owner ended up getting very sick and could not do the job. I told Family Heating my sob story and they got the job done for me on time and for a decent price. When they came back to start up the system after electrical was all set, he literally put white shoe covers over his shoes to not ruin the new floors. I can say at the very least, I was impressed. Like the first sentence says, personable and professional.

Another company did a poor install on my mini-splits. Manny and Justin got me straightened out. I was satisfied with their work so I added more mini-splits to cover the whole house. They installed equipment with a high HSPF rating (like Miles per Gallon but for heat) and high SEER (cooling rating). I don't use propane anymore. The solar PV on my roof powers my heat and AC and I save a lot of money! Thanks Family Heating and Air Conditioning. I've been a customer for about 5 years.

Let me just say, this entire process has been a breeze thanks to Justin and his whole crew at Family Heating & AC. From the day he visited to quote, to the day we changed our mind about everything and requested a new quote (sorry again for that, i blame the fiance lol), he has been amazing and so patient with my never ending questions and last minute changes. He is full of product knowledge, set detailed expectations, not to mention his thoroughness, work ethic and impeccable customer service. I was so stressed out at the thought of beginning another big project on our fairly new home but he squashed any worries or doubts I may have had and has been super accommodating, responsive and such a pleasure to work with. Pricing is competitive and fair but more importantly he is honest, friendly and I look forward to working with him again for routine maintenance. They hit the mark, communicated the lead time on the appointment due to volume of service calls. Scheduled, gave me a time window that they hit exactly they even texted me when they were on the way. Communicated once they arrived and throughout the AC service. Would definitely recommend as I’ve used Family HVAC twice now for personal and a tenant repair.
