When my central AC died end of last summer an electrician friend recommended Family. Very professional in evaluating my needs and i was
happy with their recommendations. Day of the installation Paul and Manny were great to work with, very professional, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Of course I won't know how well this works for a couple months, but I have every confidence that I will be a satisfied Family customer for many years.

WOW I LOVE FAMILY HEATING AND COOLING. These people were awesome from start to finish. I called to have them provide me a quote to install an entirely new heating and cooling system. I live in an old home that previously had a cast iron boiler system that was aging and I had no central air. Justin scheduled a visit promptly and gave me some suggestions on what I could do to change it. He designed me an entirely new ducted heating and cooling system and gave me a very reasonable price. I scheduled the work ASAP and they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job on time! Kyle, Davey, Paul and Cameron did my install and were all extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. When everything was done, Justin and Manny came by to make sure I was happy and really made me feel like FAMILY lol. Please contact them for any of your heating or cooling needs. So disappointed in this business. I referred Justin numerous jobs that actually materialized into work. We have since moved and needed him to install new A/C. We were told he no longer services the area. Given the amount of work we referred that we know turned into jobs, and the amount of word-of-mouth referrals we've given him, we asked if there could be an exception made. Completely blown off by the support staff person. The original loyal customers get left behind. Disappointing.

We're very happy with our new central air condition system. It was a pleasure to work with Family Heating & Cooling. They were all very professional and knowledgeable people. Justin, Manny, Kyle, Kyle and rest of crew were awesome! Answered all my questions and did an excellent job with install of my new central air-condition system.

Family Heating and Cooling recently installed AC in my two story home. They are the nicest, most professional, hard working, respectful crew of young men who all went to great lengths to finish the job during several days of a heatwave. This company is crazy amazing. Shout out to Casey, Manny, Cameron, and the electrician Kevin from K. Opperman Electric. We use them for our heating, but this time to replace our central air. They worked extremely hard, were very pleasant and efficient. I was surprised myself considering what they had to endure. Thanks to everyone over there. You guys are great! Can't thank you enough.
Already have a furnace winter service contract and we are going to get the summer a/c service package also.

They did a great job installing our ductless mini split air conditioning and heating system. Justin was great to work with from the initial estimate throughout the installation. Vickie and the office was very helpful with helping us secure our zero interest heating loan. Almost a year after installation we ran into a problem with one of the mini splits. During a very hot and humid August, one of them ended up with a clogged drain line. Once I reached Vickie in the office, she sent two techs the next morning to quickly resolve the problem. They only concern I have with this company is that they have no emergency contact number for weekends and when the office is closed. if there is a problem during the weekend, you have to wait until Monday for a response. Vickie did tell me, however, they are working on getting an on-call tech and could possibly have one before the winter. If they do this I will upgrade my review to five stars.

Justin and the crew are professional, prompt, and trustworthy. Communication was excellent, and they went over and above my expectations. The work performed was top shelf, and in my opinion second to none. Manny and Dave couldn't have been any better with the install. After install they took the time to explain what was done and cleaned up .Look no further for your heating and cooling needs.

Excellent service. They walked me through everything they were doing and explained in detail. They did not push me into buying things I didn't need. I will use them for all my needs going forward. The technician was Paul Santos and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Great job.
