Matt from Countywide Mechanical did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our AC. In fact, he identified the issue in no time at all when last year a technician from a different company spent almost all day not finding the problem. Matt explained the issue to us clearly and was quick to schedule a follow-up for the repair, showed up promptly, fixed the problem (even had to pull a permit in the morning to do so), and tested to make sure the fix took. It is now cool and comfortable upstairs for us.
Truly fantastic service and we'll use Countywide Mechanical every time we can in the future.

My experience with Countywide Mechanical Services was outstanding. I had a new RunTru by Trane furnace and central air conditioning unit installed over a period of a day and a half. This included removal of he old heating and cooling systems. Matt Jones did a great job communicating with me regarding all aspects of the purchase and install, ensuring that all of my questions were answered. The installation itself was flawless and was performed with a high degree of organization and neatness. Floors and stairs were protected with plastic sheeting prior to moving any equipment into or out of the house and things were left as neat as a pin. Matt Jones was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. The furnace works great and I couldn't be happier.

The folks at Countywide are fantastic. They answered the phone consistently and were very helpful with giving me information. When they arrived and I explained my issue they investigated and then gave me a straightforward and honest opinion as well as options. The fix was quick and effective and my AC is running great now.

Countywide came at designated time and because of the issues with the AC a repair has been made. But the system is old and it may need to be replaced. Matt and Tim were very professional and knows their job. I give them an A Plus. !!!!

Everything looks good and I’m looking forward to peace of mind during the upcoming heating system. I called countrywide mechanical services on a sunday morning after calling at least 8 other businesses all of which told me they do not service non customers on weekends. Matt called me right back. He was very polite on the phone and was at our house to fix our ac unit within 2 hrs. He did way more than what we expected and best of all his price was so reasonable. Thank God for Mike because he spared us from what would have been a very uncomfortable and hot week inside our home. What an Amazing Company!!
