    While at our home it was suggested we have our humidifier filter replaced. The charge was $183 from CPS . We ordered another filter online for future use for approximately $13.00. We contacted CPS to see if the $183 was a correct charge - they response YES! it is beyond reason to expect a service charge of $183 for a $13 item when the service tech was already here, under a service contact, which we have had for 16 years. We advise CPS that we would be changing vendors -they simply said OK. We are changing providers - you should too!!!

    I've been using CPS for years with great results. Yesterday Oral arrived and performed service on a split system. Poor Oral who had to endure my attic in 93 degree heat!

    I found the service to be superior to past visits as Oral educated me on some important aspects of AC maintenance that no other technician had mentioned. He comes across as very professional and thorough and is a great communicator. I felt like I had the right person for the job at hand!

    So this is basically a recommendation for both CPS and Oral!

    Justin was professional, knowledgeable and friendly when he came out for our routine A/C maintenance. He did a thorough job, showed me how to change the filter myself and discovered that the filter was not installed in the proper location and figured out where it was supposed to go. Also took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had. Very happy with the service!

    I didn’t realize when Phil came that I was going to get such very large heads in my upstairs bedrooms. Friends of mine have a different make and they were much smaller and more slim line.
    The crew that came to my home were excellent workers, professional, polite. They explained the the process and got along well with everyone.
    Keith took the time to patiently go over the new thermostat and kept it simple enough for me to understand.
    They were also very good at explaining the job to me and process.
    I could tell that Tom had been in this business for 20 years. This is a big compliment. He’s super knowledgeable and I have heard him explain why people on his team are doing something a particular way. He was a good teacher to the team. He explained things to me thoughtfully and made sure that I understood.
    He’s proud of the company the service they provide and the work they do. He’s was a pleasure work with.
    Steve was completely tuned in to all of my concerns about moving furniture keeping the work site clean and doing a good job. Which he did.

    My first experience with CPS was a good one in large part to the customer service received when I scheduled the appointment and the actual work done by Mr. Marlins Lugg, my serviceman. Marvin was great! Courteous, informative, respectful and just generally helpful and nice. I recommend them highly.

    I was quite impressed with the two service guys, Danny B. and MarkD., plus with Melissa from the Marlboro CPS office who was so helpful in setting up an appointment with CPS as soon as possible to service my cooling unit. The service men who were outstandingly professional. They were thorough about examining the unit. As they did this, they not only explained but showed me exactly why the unit wasn't working properly. After Danny B. explained what repairs were needed, he also checked on the repair cost before I could give him the go ahead. Both Danny B. and Mark D. were very neat, clean and polite as the went about their work. I was so impressed and happy with their service, I decided to contract CPS for their yearly maintenance service. Danny B returned to take care of our1st yearly maintenance. As before I was very pleased with his service.
