Brandon came to my house yesterday in Southwick to repair my ac unit. Quick and figured out what was wrong right away. The part is not cheap but I trust them.

Ran into issue with another company called Berkshire, within 20 minutes had plumber at my house. Due to design of my house they were unable to find a water heater to fit without moving my furnace or cutting into my bathroom so they ordered a part we weren't originally going to do. Was told between 1-4 the next day, at 105 at my door.

Chrissy the service manager was great to deal with, Scott the plumber was very friendly polite and helpful .

Would absolutely call Berkshire for any service i need in the future

Berkshire heating and cooling was responsive and listened to my problem. I would rate them as a 5 star company.

Horrible service period. Condescending on the phone and in person to my family member. Ridiculous prices charged and pays people for good reviews for a small discount.

Very Professional, polite, and knowledgeable highly recommend.... a little pricey but damn well worth it
